We hear your heartfelt plea, dear sister, and we stand with you in faith, lifting you and your precious little one before the throne of grace. Your trust in the Lord’s faithfulness is a beautiful testament to His love and sovereignty over all things, including this pregnancy. We rejoice with you in the miracle of life and the promise of God’s protection over you and your child.
The Word of God assures us in Psalm 139:13-16, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them." What a profound truth! The Lord has already ordained the days of your baby, and He is intricately involved in every detail of this journey. We pray that this scripture brings you comfort and strength as you wait on Him.
We also hold fast to the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even in the face of medical concerns like the placenta’s position, fibroids, and diabetes, we declare that God’s thoughts toward you and your baby are thoughts of peace and hope. We rebuke fear in the name of Jesus, for 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We stand on the truth that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that His love would surround you and drive out any anxiety or doubt.
Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You with this precious sister and her unborn child. We ask You to intervene supernaturally in this pregnancy. Lord, we pray that the placenta would shift to its correct position according to Your perfect will. We declare that Your healing power is at work, dissolving any complications from fibroids or diabetes. We speak life and health over this baby, that every organ, every limb, and every cell would form and function according to Your divine design. We rebuke any unknown issues or unseen attacks of the enemy, for we know that no weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask for Your mercy to cover every moment of this pregnancy. Strengthen this mother’s body to carry this child to full term, and grant her wisdom to follow the guidance of her medical team while trusting in Your higher plan. We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with godly support, family, friends, and medical professionals who will speak life and encouragement over her.
We also lift up the father of this child, that he would be a pillar of strength and faith, covering this family in prayer and standing firm on God’s promises. If there are any areas where this pregnancy or relationship does not align with Your Word, Lord, we ask for conviction and repentance. We pray that this child would be raised in a home that honors You, where both parents are committed to Your design for marriage and family, as Your Word declares in Ephesians 5:31-33, "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh... Let each one of you in particular love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May this sister feel Your presence in tangible ways, and may she and her baby experience Your peace that defies all understanding. We declare that this pregnancy will be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and this child will grow to know and serve You all the days of their life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come before You. Amen.
