Beloved of All
Father please be with me throughout this pregnancy and bless me with a healthy baby. Please Father placenta moves to the correct position. Father please no complications due to fibroids and diabetes or any unknown issues. Please Father help me and have mercy on us. I trust in Your faithfulness and I pray in Jesus' name Amen

We hear your heartfelt plea, dear sister, and we stand with you in faith, lifting you and your precious little one before the throne of grace. Your trust in the Lord’s faithfulness is a beautiful testament to His love and sovereignty over all things, including this pregnancy. We rejoice with you in the miracle of life and the promise of God’s protection over you and your child.

The Word of God assures us in Psalm 139:13-16, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well. My frame wasn’t hidden from you, when I was made in secret, woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my body. In your book they were all written, the days that were ordained for me, when as yet there were none of them." What a profound truth! The Lord has already ordained the days of your baby, and He is intricately involved in every detail of this journey. We pray that this scripture brings you comfort and strength as you wait on Him.

We also hold fast to the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,” says Yahweh, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Even in the face of medical concerns like the placenta’s position, fibroids, and diabetes, we declare that God’s thoughts toward you and your baby are thoughts of peace and hope. We rebuke fear in the name of Jesus, for 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We stand on the truth that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that His love would surround you and drive out any anxiety or doubt.

Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You with this precious sister and her unborn child. We ask You to intervene supernaturally in this pregnancy. Lord, we pray that the placenta would shift to its correct position according to Your perfect will. We declare that Your healing power is at work, dissolving any complications from fibroids or diabetes. We speak life and health over this baby, that every organ, every limb, and every cell would form and function according to Your divine design. We rebuke any unknown issues or unseen attacks of the enemy, for we know that no weapon formed against this child shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Lord, we ask for Your mercy to cover every moment of this pregnancy. Strengthen this mother’s body to carry this child to full term, and grant her wisdom to follow the guidance of her medical team while trusting in Your higher plan. We pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Surround her with godly support, family, friends, and medical professionals who will speak life and encouragement over her.

We also lift up the father of this child, that he would be a pillar of strength and faith, covering this family in prayer and standing firm on God’s promises. If there are any areas where this pregnancy or relationship does not align with Your Word, Lord, we ask for conviction and repentance. We pray that this child would be raised in a home that honors You, where both parents are committed to Your design for marriage and family, as Your Word declares in Ephesians 5:31-33, "For this cause a man will leave his father and mother, and will be joined to his wife. The two will become one flesh... Let each one of you in particular love his own wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband."

Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your goodness and Your perfect timing. May this sister feel Your presence in tangible ways, and may she and her baby experience Your peace that defies all understanding. We declare that this pregnancy will be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and this child will grow to know and serve You all the days of their life. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and can come before You. Amen.

We’re holding you and your little one in our hearts today. It’s clear how much you love this baby already, and how deeply you’re trusting the Father to carry you both. That trust is precious, and we’re honored to stand with you in it.

Pregnancy can feel like a long, vulnerable season, especially when medical concerns weigh on your mind. You mentioned fibroids, diabetes, and the placenta’s position, those are real things, and it’s okay to feel the weight of them. It’s not a lack of faith to stay close to your doctor and midwife too. Gentle medical care is one way God watches over you, and we’d encourage you to keep those appointments and voice every worry, no matter how small. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

A few practical anchors might help steady you when the what‑ifs surface. You could ask your medical team to walk you through a simple plan for monitoring the fibroids and blood sugar, so you know exactly what to watch and when to call. If you haven’t already, consider finding one or two safe, prayerful friends who will check in on you regularly, someone who can just listen and pray with you when the days feel long. Even a short text or coffee together can remind you that you’re supported.

And on hard days, try to fix your eyes on what you know right now: this baby is growing inside you, you are doing your part, and the same God who formed this little one is not distant from your body. He sees you.

We’re praying with you now.

Father, we lift up our sister to You. Thank You for this life she carries. We ask You to guide her body, to place the placenta exactly where it needs to be, and to guard her from complications. Give her doctors wisdom and her spirit peace. Hold her close, and carry her through each day with hope. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The health of the countenance springs from the health of the soul, and He who is the health of the one will not fail to tend the other. You have laid your cares before Him, and rightly so, for a woman in your condition needs more than bodily care, she needs the wings of the Most High to cover her. The child nestling beneath the mother’s feathers is both safe and warm, and so shall you be, hidden under those same pinions, even while your heart trembles over fibroids and the place of the womb’s deep anchor.

Do not gaze so long upon the possible complications that your spirit forgets the Captain who has foreordained every day of this voyage. He has seen the end from the beginning, and no diabetes, no misplaced vessel, no lurking weakness takes Him by surprise. The ship of your body sails according to His fixed decree, and He will bring even the smallest boat, the tiniest life within you, safe into port. Your prayer has already laid hold of this truth, for you said you trust His faithfulness. Keep that trust firm. The faith that merely touches Christ brings healing, but holding Him fast secures health for the whole being, spirit, soul, and body.

Those secret parts hidden from human eye are as visible to Him as the sparrow’s fall, and He who watches over the unswaddled infant cast out in its own blood will watch over the unborn and the mother alike. Let this season, which the world counts as dangerous, become to you a time of peculiar nearness to God. When the countenance is lifted toward Him, the inward parts grow calm, and calmness is no small medicine for the body. Rest beneath the wings, and let His warmth make you happy there, safe though surrounded by a thousand anxious thoughts. He is the health of your countenance, and that health shall be seen by all who look upon you, a testimony that you have rolled your burden upon One who is mighty to save.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Consider the woman with the flow of blood, who after twelve years of suffering dared not approach the Lord openly, but secretly in faith touched the hem of His garment. She saw the company He kept, publicans and sinners, and this gave her good hope. So you too, weighed down by the burden of pregnancy and pressed by fears of fibroids and diabetes, approach the true Physician of souls and bodies. Touch Him not with your hand but with your earnest prayer, trusting that He who made the whole man healthy on the Sabbath can surely order your womb and guide the child to its proper place. Do not judge by appearances, as if your body’s troubles were beyond His reach, for His strength is made perfect in weakness.

Look upon the poor and maimed who gather at the doors of the church, and learn to give thanks even in your anxiety. They who suffer greater calamities teach us humility, and the sick receive consolation from the sight of one another. Remember that He does not abandon those who call upon Him; He raises up the hands that hang down and steadies the feeble knees. The child you carry is not forgotten. Bring it up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord, and your whole household will become a witness to His mercy. Continue steadfastly in prayer, and do not think that a brief season of supplication is enough. Hold fast your confidence, for He is faithful who promised. He who delivered that woman from her scourge will also grant you a healthy baby, if you persist in faith and commit all to His care.

It takes real courage to voice these fears, and I am thankful you did. When we face the unknown, especially when our bodies feel fragile and a little life hangs in the balance, every report and every symptom can feel like a verdict. It is natural to cry out for the placenta to move, for the fibroids and the diabetes to have no power, and for every unknown issue to be held at bay. You are doing exactly what we are invited to do: casting those heavy anxieties on the Lord.

As you look at your situation, remember that God's love for you and this child is not measured by the ease of the pregnancy. Some of the most faithful people I know have walked through tremendous physical trials. Their struggles are not a sign of weak faith or a lack of devotion. We simply cannot draw a straight line between a person’s spiritual standing and their physical health. We would love for them to always match, but in this broken world, they often do not. Trusting God means placing your hope in His goodness and His ultimate purposes, not in a guarantee of a trouble-free path.

Scripture shows us that God is deeply interested in our physical well-being, and it is right to pray for health and to use the wisdom He gives us to care for our bodies. But we must also see that His sovereign hand is working even through hardship. Think of Mary, great with child, forced by a distant emperor’s decree to make a grueling journey on rough terrain. From a human perspective, it seemed careless, even cruel. Yet God was using the harsh command of a ruler to position that baby exactly where He needed him to be, fulfilling promises made centuries before. The difficult journey was part of a perfect plan.

It is not foolish to pray for a healthy baby and a safe delivery. That is a beautiful wish and a holy longing. But your ultimate safety net is not a perfect medical report; it is the character of God. We want the physical prosperity to match the soul’s prosperity, but if the road gets hard, He gives sustaining grace. I pray that you will have a healthy pregnancy. But I pray even more that you will know the peace that passes understanding, anchoring your heart in the truth that God is overruling every detail for your good and His glory. He is holding you, and He is holding your baby.
