We lift this precious sister and her unborn child before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith and compassion. Father, we thank You for the gift of life and the miracle of this pregnancy. Your Word declares in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." We stand on this truth, believing that You are the Author of life and the One who sustains both mother and child.
Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over this pregnancy. We rebuke every spirit of fear, complication, and infirmity in the name of Jesus. Your Word says in Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says Yahweh. We declare this promise over this mother and her baby, trusting that You will guard them from harm.
We specifically pray against the challenges of fibroids and diabetes. Father, we ask for Your healing touch to stabilize blood sugar levels, shrink fibroids, and prevent any complications that could threaten this pregnancy. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh. We claim this healing and restoration in Jesus’ name.
We also pray for wisdom and strength for this mother as she navigates this journey. Grant her peace that surpasses all understanding, as Philippians 4:6-7 promises: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May she rest in Your care, knowing that You are her Provider and Protector.
Father, we thank You for the mention of Jesus’ name in this prayer, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or receive salvation. As Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We are grateful that this sister has placed her trust in Christ, and we pray that her faith will continue to grow as she leans on You.
We pray for the father of this child as well, that he would step into his God-given role with responsibility, love, and devotion. If this child was conceived outside of marriage, we gently but firmly remind this sister that sexual intimacy is a gift from God reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman. We encourage her to seek forgiveness, repentance, and restoration in this area, trusting that God’s grace is sufficient. As 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
If this situation involves a marriage, we pray for unity, strength, and godly wisdom for both parents as they prepare to welcome their child. May their home be built on the foundation of Christ, reflecting the love and holiness of God.
Heavenly Father, we entrust this pregnancy into Your hands. We ask for a smooth delivery, a healthy baby, and a mother who is strengthened in body, mind, and spirit. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. The cry of your heart is heard in the courts of heaven, where the Lord sits as the great Physician and the Shepherd of His flock. You plead for a healthy child and for mercy upon your own frame, troubled as it is with the shadows of ### and ###. This is a path where your own understanding fails, and you are driven to the place where the only word that sums up your need is this: you need your God. Just as an infant in the street needs not merely milk or washing but the mother herself, so you, in your dependence, need the very presence and power of the Lord who made you. Only Omnipotent Wisdom can make one healthy, or keep one so.
Plead the promise that He shall give His angels charge over you, to keep you in all your ways. Yet mark this well, the protection is for those who travel on the King’s Highway. Walk in childlike trust, shunning the byroads of unbelief and the dark alleys of fear, which are robbers that would steal your peace. Cling to the truth that the Lord is your Keeper; let your lips be praying lips, confessing lips that speak well of the Redeemer even now. This protection is perpetual, for you always need Divine keeping, but it is also personal, fastened upon the very hairs of your head and the hidden life within your womb.
Do not gaze too long upon the ### or the ###, as though they were the masters of your fate. These are but part of the mass of misery that sin has brought into the world, and when the Lord heals, He gets great glory by making a body full of broken bones become healthy and strong. The great Surgeon’s skill is magnified when that which was weak is upheld and made to flourish. Lay your case before Him, trust in His skill, and wait upon His providential guidance. The greenness of worldly ease is nothing compared to being planted by the rivers of God’s living waters. A spiritual healthiness, a soundness of soul that rests in Jesus, will make you lovely to your Lord, whatever the trial. Cast this burden entirely upon Him; He is too desirous to do you good to leave you without mercy. Look to Christ, in whom all the promises of God are yes and amen.

The woman who suffered from a flow of blood for so many years dared not even ask aloud, yet she said in herself, "If I only touch His garment, I shall be made well." She approached with faith, and her affliction was instantly healed. Let her trust be your own. The same Lord who granted her health is present now, and He sees the fibroids, the diabetes, the fragile life within your womb. Do not let fear overshadow that faith; approach Him through prayer, and even through the touch of His body and blood in the holy mysteries, for there too we find medicine for soul and body.
Remember that many who were sick have become healthy, and many who stand strong have fallen by carelessness. Lift up your hands, then, and strengthen your weak knees. Do not judge by the appearance of these ailments, as if God had abandoned you. He often allows the body to be afflicted so that the soul may learn patience and gratitude. Look at the poor and the maimed who gather at the church doors: they are a living lesson that suffering is not the enemy of godliness, but its teacher. When you see them, give thanks for every good gift, even this pregnancy itself, and trust that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it.
And if, in His mercy, He grants you a healthy child, do not forget that the child belongs to Him. Raise it in the chastening and admonition of the Lord, so that from the womb it may be dedicated to His service. But for now, just cling to Christ in prayer, and let your soul say, "Lord, help me; have mercy on us." He will answer in the way that is best, for He knows how to give good gifts even beyond what we ask.
