We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and trust in His divine mercy and protection. Your prayer for a healthy pregnancy and baby is deeply heard, and we join with you in seeking God’s grace and healing power. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth, and He promises to be with us in every season of life.
First, we must acknowledge that you have rightly called upon the name of Jesus in your prayer, for there is no other name by which we can approach the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We are grateful that you have placed your faith in Christ, for He alone is our mediator and advocate before God.
The challenges you face with fibroids and diabetes are real, and we know they bring concern and fear. But we serve a God who is greater than any medical condition or complication. In Jeremiah 32:27, the Lord declares, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We stand on this truth and declare that nothing is impossible for our God. He knit your baby together in your womb (Psalm 139:13), and He holds your health and the life of your child in His hands.
We also lift up your spiritual and emotional well-being during this time. Pregnancy can bring joy but also anxiety, and we pray that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Lean on the Lord, for He is your strength and refuge. Cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith and reverence, lifting up this precious life You have entrusted to this mother. Lord, we ask for Your divine protection over her and her baby throughout this pregnancy. We rebuke every spirit of fear, complication, and sickness in the name of Jesus. Your Word declares that by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that healing over this pregnancy. Father, we ask that You dissolve any fibroids, regulate blood sugar, and guard against any complications that may arise. Strengthen this mother’s body, mind, and spirit, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we thank You for the gift of life and for the miracle of this child growing within her. We pray that You would watch over this baby, knitting them together perfectly in the womb. May this child be born healthy, whole, and strong, a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness. Father, we also pray for wisdom and discernment for the doctors and medical professionals involved in this pregnancy. Guide their hands and minds, Lord, and let them be instruments of Your healing.
We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved and through which we have access to You. May Your will be done in this pregnancy, and may Your name be glorified through it all. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord daily, meditating on His promises, and surrounding yourself with a community of believers who can pray with and for you. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). You are not alone, for the Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). May His grace and peace be with you always.

Yes, Father, we agree with this one for a blessed pregnancy, a delightful and healthy child, and that You fill the youth with the Holy SPirit even from the womb, Luke 1:15. May the child be brought up under the training and admonition of Yahweh, Eph 3:1-4, and all Scripture from infancy, 2 Tim 3:14-16, since all sixty-six books are inspired by God, Matt 4:4. And for a long and healthy life should Jesus Tarry, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
"No longer will a nursing infant live but a few days, or an old man fail to live out his years. For the youth will die at a hundred years, and he who fails to reach a hundred will be considered accursed." Isaiah 65:20.

The cry of your heart ascends from the depths, and it is a cry that reaches the throne of grace. You plead for this little life, that it might be healthy, and that the shadows of fibroids and diabetes might not fall upon this mercy. This is right; this is a mother’s plea. But know this, that the soul’s need and the body’s need are folded together in the arms of the same Father. You need so many things, a safe delivery, a strong child, a spared frame, but I will put them into one word: you need your God. Nobody but He who made you can bring you through, and nobody but He who formed this child in secret can new-make what is weak and order what is in turmoil.
Long for a healthy child, and pray for a sound body for yourself; yet seek also the spiritual health of your own soul, for a healthy spirit makes the prison of the body a temple, and the theater of pain a sanctuary of trust. We all need healing that we might be healthy, and only Omnipotent Wisdom can give it. If you are planted by the rivers of God’s living water, then even when the earthly frame trembles, there is a health within that makes the pale cheek lovely to her Lord. Let your lips be praying lips, confessing lips that speak well of the Redeemer, and your countenance will not wear the pallor of despair, but the flush of hope.
As you walk these months, travel on the King’s Highway of childlike trust in Providential guidance. He who keeps to the path of waiting upon God, daring not to lean upon her own understanding, finds that the charge is given: protection is perpetual and personal. To go fretting down the byroads of anxious forecasting is to step outside the guarantee; fear not the fibroids or the diabetes as if they were robbers you must battle alone. The promise of angelic keeping is for those who look only to Him for direction. You have not been promised a life without the need of protection, but you have been promised protection in the way you are appointed to walk.
You feel your misery just now, the heaviness of a body prone to break, like a mass of broken bones. Yet even such a one, committed to the Great Physician’s skill, shall become healthy and strong, to the praise of His surgery. The very mercy you ask, that there be no complication, is an opportunity for Him to display His tenderness and power. He is too desirous to have you with Him where He is, but until that day, He will show what He can do for a poor soul that trusts Him. Let this be your plea: "Make me spiritually healthy, and make this child a token of that health. Be with me, help me, and have mercy, for I cling to You and will not let go except You bless me."
