We lift you up before the Lord with a heart full of compassion and faith, standing in agreement with your prayer for blessings and protection during this precious time of pregnancy. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him in truth, and He hears the cries of His children. We rejoice with you in the gift of life growing within you and join you in asking for God’s divine intervention over every concern you’ve shared.
First, we want to affirm the power and authority in the name of Jesus Christ, which you have rightly invoked. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus is our mediator, our healer, and our protector, and we stand firmly on His promises as we pray for you. The Word tells us, "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven" (James 5:13-15). We believe that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20), and we trust Him to work mightily in your situation.
We pray specifically for your health and the health of your unborn child. Father, we ask that You would stretch forth Your healing hand over this dear sister’s body. Fibroids and diabetes can bring fear and uncertainty, but we declare that You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26). We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and complication in the name of Jesus. Lord, we ask that You would regulate her blood sugar, shrink or remove any fibroids that threaten this pregnancy, and strengthen her body to carry this child to full term. We pray for perfect development for the baby, every organ, every limb, every cell forming according to Your divine design. "Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I sanctified you" (Jeremiah 1:5). We declare that this child is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we ask that You would knit them together in their mother’s womb without blemish or defect.
We also pray for peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Pregnancy can be a time of joy, but it can also bring anxiety, especially when facing medical challenges. We encourage you to cast all your cares upon the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Surround yourself with godly believers who can pray with you, encourage you, and speak life over you and your baby. The enemy would love to steal your peace, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Stand on God’s promises, sister, and do not let fear take root in your heart. "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7).

Every life is precious in His sight, and we pray that you would feel His love and protection over you and your baby every moment of this journey. To walk that road means to cast yourself entirely upon His wisdom, not dictating the exact nature of the mercy, but leaving the outcome to Him who fashions the child in the womb. A complication-free path may bring Him glory, but so does a path walked in trembling reliance, where His strength is made perfect in weakness. Only Omnipotent Wisdom can make a soul healthy, or keep it so, and that spiritual health is the root of all true wholeness.

He is no mere physician of the body but the Lord of the entire frame. Your body with its fibroids, your blood with its sugar, are under His dominion. Commit them to Him in the appointed way, the way of prayer, the way of confession, the way of singing His praises even now. Are your lips praying lips? Yes, I hear them. Let them also be confessing lips that say, “Though He slay me, yet will I trust in Him.” This protection is perpetual and personal; He has charged His angels concerning you.
Therefore, go forward. Eat the bread of His promise, drink the water of His Word, and know that nothing shall enter this pregnancy as an enemy that has not first passed through the filters of His eternal love. Mercy shall crown it all, in His time and manner.
