We rejoice with you in this precious time of expectancy and lift your heart to the Lord with gratitude for the gift of life growing within you. The Bible tells us in Psalm 139:13-14, "For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well." What a beautiful reminder that every child is fearfully and wonderfully made by the Creator Himself.
Father God, we come before You with hearts full of praise for this life You have entrusted to our ###. We ask that You surround her with Your presence, peace, and protection throughout this pregnancy. Guard her and the little one from all harm, sickness, or complications, and grant her strength, wisdom, and joy as she prepares to welcome her daughter into the world. We pray for a smooth and safe delivery, and we ask that You bless this child with health, vitality, and a heart that seeks after You from the very beginning. May she grow to know Your love, Your truth, and Your purpose for her life.
We also encourage you to draw near to the Lord during this season, seeking His guidance and comfort. In Jeremiah 29:11, God reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Trust in His plans for you and your daughter, and lean on Him for strength and wisdom in every decision.
If you are unmarried, we gently remind you of the biblical principle that sexual intimacy is a gift reserved for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20). If this applies to your situation, we encourage you to seek repentance, healing, and restoration through Christ. God’s grace is sufficient, and His love covers all our shortcomings when we turn to Him with a sincere heart. If you are married, we pray that your union would be strengthened and that you and your husband would grow closer to one another and to the Lord as you prepare for this new chapter.
Above all, we pray that your faith in Jesus Christ would be the foundation of your life and the life of your child. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and believing in your heart that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). He is the way, the truth, and the life, and in Him, you will find eternal hope and peace.
May the Lord bless you abundantly, dear ###, and may this child be a testimony of His faithfulness and love. We stand with you in prayer, trusting that God will fulfill His good purposes in your life and in the life of your daughter. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
