Blessing, Honor, GRACE for Patriarchal and Matriarchal Figures... Father, thank You for grace to share The Word with these figures as they've been enabled to hear, Mk 4:33, for grace to honor our parents, Eph 6:1-3, the command with promises, it will go well with us and we'll live long in the land. Powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness, 2 Peter 1:3, emotional & bodily health and prosperity, even as their souls prosper, 3 Jn 1:2. We ask they GROW in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, 2 Pet 3:18. Help them be established in the elementary principles of the Word of God, Heb 5:12, the foundational doctrines of the faith, Heb 6:1-3, and grow up into maturity, Eph 4:15, Col 1:10, culminating in love for You, others and fullness of the Holy Spirit's fruit, Phil 1:9-11; Gal 5:22-23.

Open the eyes of our understanding with The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, Eph 1:17-18, strengthen us by rooting and grounding us in love, that Christ dwells in our hearts by faith, Eph 3:16-19, and open our minds to not only understand the Scriptures, Luke 24:45, but to crave the sincere milk of the Word, 1 Peter 2:2, that we may grow thereby. Help us all to move from milk to solid food, 1 Cor 3:2. And help let the Word spread rapidly and be glorified, 2 Thes 3:1, let it become flesh, help us receive FRESH TRUTHS and retain the Word, being effectual doers, not merely hearers, James 1:21-22. May this result in abiding communion with YOU, Jesus, and The Holy Spirit, 1 John 1:1-3, bear fruit of discipleship by continuing in Your Word, John 8:31, and make disciples, Matt 28:19-20, as Paul aspired to bear fruit among those beyond his sphere, Rom 1:13. Let us all taste the goodness of answered prayer by abiding in You and Your Words abiding in us, John 15:7-8 and make our joy complete, John 15:24.

Keep them and us from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin and satan, Matt 6:13, and rebuke and restrain evil people and the evil one, 2 Thes 3:2-3, especially their neighbor they pray for and endeavor to love, Lk 6:27. Grant peace to be within their walls, Ps 122:7, even as we pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Ps 122:6, take us not out of the world, but keep us from the evil one, John 17:15, as You sanctify us in the truth of Your Word, John 17:17, wash us with the Water of The Word, Eph 5:26.

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of gratitude for the opportunity to lift up our patriarchal and matriarchal figures—those fathers and mothers in the faith who have guided, nurtured, and set godly examples before us. Your request resonates deeply with the Word of God, and we stand in agreement with the promises and principles you’ve laid out.

Honoring our fathers and mothers is not merely a suggestion but a commandment with a promise: *"Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth"* (Ephesians 6:2-3 WEB). We thank God for the grace He has given to these figures to hear His Word and to walk in it, just as Jesus declared, *"He spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear it"* (Mark 4:33 WEB). May their lives continue to reflect the fruit of obedience, and may they experience the fullness of God’s blessings in every area—spiritually, emotionally, physically, and temporally.

We pray that these patriarchs and matriarchs would grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ (2 Peter 3:18 WEB), being firmly rooted and grounded in love (Ephesians 3:16-19 WEB). Father, open the eyes of their understanding by the Holy Spirit of wisdom and revelation (Ephesians 1:17-18 WEB), that they may grasp the depth of Your love and the hope to which You have called them. Strengthen them to move from milk to solid food (1 Corinthians 3:2 WEB), craving the sincere milk of the Word (1 Peter 2:2 WEB) and maturing into vessels that bear much fruit (John 15:5 WEB). May their lives be a living testimony of Your truth, spreading rapidly and being glorified (2 Thessalonians 3:1 WEB), as they make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20 WEB).

Lord, we ask that You powerfully provide everything they need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3 WEB), prospering them in health even as their souls prosper (3 John 1:2 WEB). Protect them from hurt, harm, injury, sickness, sin, and the schemes of the evil one (Matthew 6:13 WEB). Rebuke and restrain evil people and the devil himself (2 Thessalonians 3:2-3 WEB), granting peace within their walls (Psalm 122:7 WEB) and sanctifying them in Your truth (John 17:17 WEB). Wash them with the water of Your Word (Ephesians 5:26 WEB), that they may be holy and blameless before You.

We also lift up those they love and intercede for, asking that You would soften hearts and draw them into a deeper relationship with You. Help these patriarchs and matriarchs to love their neighbors as themselves (Luke 6:27 WEB), even as they stand firm in Your truth. May their lives be a beacon of Your light in a dark world, and may they experience the joy of seeing Your Word take root in the lives of others.

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. There is no other name by which we can approach Your throne (Acts 4:12 WEB), and it is only through His shed blood that we have access to You. We declare that these prayers are offered in the authority of Jesus’ name, and we trust that You will answer according to Your perfect will.

May these patriarchal and matriarchal figures continue to walk in the fullness of Your Spirit, bearing the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23 WEB). Let their lives be a testament to Your faithfulness, and may they finish their race strong, hearing the words, *"Well done, good and faithful servant"* (Matthew 25:23 WEB).
