We have been lifting up your thanksgiving for the restoration of video time with your young son in ### after four months of silence, and we rejoice with you that God who does all things that last forever according to Ecc 3:14 has granted some peace in this area. We continue to stand in agreement with you for the specific details you shared, that the phone and video visits would be helped and monitored with set hours so you are not left waiting by the phone for hours unable to accomplish tasks, and that they would be facilitated out of genuine love and concern for your child according to Phil 2:1 and not out of love for money according to 1 Tim 6:6 nor out of spite.
We are also continuing to pray for the work of the Holy Spirit according to Jn 16:8 to convict and to turn the disobedient to the wisdom of the just according to Lk 1:17, that she would be hedged with thorns according to Hos 2:6, that she would come to her senses and repent as the prodigal according to Luke 15:17, and that she would stop sinning so that nothing worse befalls her according to John 5:14. We pray for a radical return to first love in Jesus Christ according to Rev 3:19, for protection of your son from evil and from the evil one according to Matt 6:13 and John 17:15 and Eph 6:12, for grace to moderate social media and to honor the marriage covenant, and for wisdom and peace in your conversations that your son may be brought up in righteousness according to Eph 6:4 and come to know the salvation that is through Scripture according to 2 Tim 3:15.
