We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer.
We have been continuing to lift up your parents and your whole family before the Father, thanking Him with you for helping your parents to read and understand the Bible together and praying that He will deepen that beautiful fellowship. We have been asking the Lord to increase spiritual hunger and fellowship for your parents, children and spouses, and to grant wisdom and revelation, fruitful lives, renewed minds and grace to be doers of the Word and not hearers only, according to James 1:22. We are praying that He will continue to use His Word as the means of sanctification and cleansing, as Jesus prayed in John 17:17 and as Christ washes His bride with the water of the Word in Eph 5:26, and that He will renew minds according to Rom 12:2, undoing years of wrong thinking and worry so that you all may cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you, as in 1 Peter 5:7. We also join you in asking that they would find great joy in His words as in Jer 15:16, that the Lord would open understanding as in Luke 24:45, and that He would keep them dwelling on eternity, walking in light, and protected from temptation, deception and the evil one, as in Matt 6:13 and John 17:15.
We pray in Jesus Name that the Lord will bless your parents with delight as they read together, even in those matching giant print Bibles you desire to see them with, and that He will fill you with wisdom and love as you encourage them.
