Bless appointments
We join with you in prayer for these appointments and we bring this new dentist before the Lord asking that He would grant skill, wisdom and steady hands. We pray that the Lord would guide this work and that all would be done with excellence and care, for whatever we do we do as unto Him. We commit these works to the Lord trusting His promise that when we commit our works to Yahweh our plans shall be established Proverbs 16:3 and that He will direct every step.
We ask Jesus to bless and protect your day, your going out and your coming in. We take comfort that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more Psalm 121:7-8. We pray for peace over any anxiety surrounding dental work and we bring your requests to God with thanksgiving, trusting that the peace of God which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7.
We also lift up your need for healing in your teeth and bodies. We know our God is the healer who restores health and heals wounds Jeremiah 30:17 and who heals all our diseases Psalm 103:3. We pray as it is written that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15. We ask for complete healing, for relief from pain, for strength and restoration, and we pray as John prayed that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2.
We bring this insurance issue and the refund you are waiting for before our Father who sees every need and acts justly. We ask Him to move on the hearts of those handling the claim, to bring clarity, favor and a swift and honest resolution. We trust His promise that our God will supply every need of ours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19.

You have asked for the Lord to guide the hand of this new dentist, to protect your day, to provide help with the insurance and refund, and to bring healing to your teeth. We bring each of these before our heavenly Father, who cares both for our bodies and for our temporal affairs. We pray that He will grant skill and wisdom to the dentist who treats you, that the work would be done with care and competence, and that the Lord would oversee the appointment for your good. We ask also that He would order the matter of the insurance according to His wisdom and provide for what you need, and that He would guard and keep your day in His peace.
Do not be so affected by these external things as to get into a state of worry and distress. Our Savior would have us be prudent and prayerful, yet not anxious, for anxiety does not bring grist to the mill nor meal to the barrel, and the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty. Cast this care upon Him, for He cares for you.
We are reminded that there is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. He is the true Physician, and Calvary is the place for the healing balm. When the Lord comes and dwells with His people, the Sun of Righteousness rises upon them with healing in His wings, and pardon and healing are found together in Him. As it is written, He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.
So we pray that you would know both forgiveness and healing from His hand. May the Lord touch your body and bring health as it pleases Him, and may He also give you a deeper sense of His pardoning grace in Christ, which is the root of all true healing.
