We stand with you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, against the forces of darkness that seek to harm the children of God. It is written in **Ephesians 6:12**, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* We are reminded that our battle is spiritual, and our victory is assured through Christ, who has already triumphed over sin, death, and the devil.
The authority we have in Jesus’ name is absolute, for He has declared in **Luke 10:19**, *"Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way harm you."* With this divine authority, we come against every evil scheme of the enemy, binding and rendering powerless all demonic forces that seek to bring harm, oppression, or destruction to God’s people. We declare that no weapon formed against the children of God shall prosper, as promised in **Isaiah 54:17**.
Yet, as we engage in this spiritual warfare, we must also remember the words of **James 4:7**, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* Our resistance must be rooted in submission to God, in holiness, and in the full armor of God as described in **Ephesians 6:10-18**. We cannot rely on our own strength or words alone but must stand firm in the power of the Holy Spirit, clothed in righteousness, truth, and faith.
We also take this moment to remind all believers that our focus must remain on Christ, the Author and Finisher of our faith. It is through His name—and His name alone—that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the enemy. As **Acts 4:12** proclaims, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Let us never forget that our prayers, our authority, and our very lives are found in Jesus Christ. Any attempt to engage in spiritual warfare without centering our hearts and words on Him is futile.
Now, let us pray together with boldness and faith:
Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. We thank You for the victory He has already won on the cross, where He disarmed the principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it. Lord, we lift up this request before You, acknowledging that the enemy has sought to bring harm, pain, and destruction to Your children. But we declare that the enemy’s plans shall not stand, for You, O Lord, are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
By the authority given to us in the name of Jesus, we bind the devil and every demonic force associated with this attack. We render them powerless, helpless, and ineffective in their schemes. We command them to be cast back into the pit of hell, where they will await their final judgment in the lake of fire, prepared for the devil and his angels. Let every chain of oppression be broken, every stronghold demolished, and every lie exposed by the truth of Your Word.
Father, we ask that You surround Your children with Your heavenly angels, as You have promised in **Psalm 91:11**, *"For he will give his angels charge over you, to guard you in all your ways."* Protect them from every evil attack, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
We also pray for those who have been wounded by the enemy’s schemes. Heal their hearts, Lord, and restore their faith. Let them find comfort in Your presence and strength in Your promises. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit, as declared in **Psalm 34:18**.
Finally, Father, we ask that You fill Your children with the Holy Spirit, empowering them to walk in victory, wisdom, and discernment. Let them not be ignorant of the enemy’s devices but stand firm in Your truth, armed with the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word.
We declare all these things in the powerful, victorious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. To You, Father, be all the glory, honor, and praise, forever and ever. Amen.
