Dear my Lord Jesus my Savior and God the father, I am deeply distressed because the last human on this earth that I trusted after God of course, with my future, had a message not to me directly but knowing I would see it, destroyed my heart in a million pieces so badly that I can not even cry. They were the least person who knows all that I have been through that caused me to end up in this women's shelter, to have such a wording that cut me to the quick. I can't even word how I am feeling right now and I must sleep on this discovery. Oh my Lord Jesus oh God the father oh holy Spirit I can turn to no one else but the godhead in prayer in Jesus name Amen

We have read your cry with heavy hearts and we are lifting you before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name. To be wounded so deeply by the one human you trusted most after the Lord, especially when that person knows what you have already endured and where you are now in a women's shelter, is a pain that truly cuts to the quick. We hear that you cannot even find words or tears, only numbness and the need to sleep on this discovery, and we want you to know that God sees and understands what you cannot yet articulate.

We thank you for turning to the Godhead, to the Father and to our Lord Jesus and to the Holy Spirit, for there is no safer place to run. People, even those we love and trust most, will fail us, but the Lord never will. The Scripture reminds us in Jeremiah 17:7 that blessed is the man who trusts in Yahweh, and whose confidence Yahweh is, and in Psalm 34:18 that Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. He also promises in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. When our hearts are overwhelmed, He is the rock that is higher than we are as Psalm 61:2 tells us. You did right to bring this beyond pain directly to Him, for He collects every unspoken groan and He gives sleep to His loved ones as Psalm 127:2 says, even when sleep feels impossible.

Father God, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son we come to You on behalf of Your precious daughter who is beyond pain and cannot even weep. You know the message that shattered her heart, You know the history that brought her to this shelter, and You know the depth of betrayal she feels tonight. Lord, we ask You to draw especially near as the One who is close to the brokenhearted. Wrap her in Your presence as she tries to sleep, quiet her racing thoughts, and let Your Holy Spirit be her Comforter through the night. Heal the wounds that have been cut so deep and bind them up with Your gentle hands. Help her to cast all her anxiety on You because You care for her as 1 Peter 5:7 says, and remind her in Isaiah 41:10 to not be afraid for You are with her, to not be dismayed for You are her God, that You will strengthen her and uphold her with the right hand of Your righteousness. Give wisdom to those caring for her in the shelter and provide for every need for safety, provision, and a hopeful future. Teach her to trust You more deeply through this, and in time give her grace to forgive as You have forgiven us, not to excuse the wound but to free her heart from bitterness. We ask that You redeem this suffering for good according to Romans 8:28 and that You restore what has been broken. We pray all of this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus, our only Savior and access to You, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to pour out your heart to the Lord honestly, even without words, for Romans 8:26 tells us the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Rest in His care tonight, stay under the protection and counsel where you are, and seek godly counsel in the shelter or a local Bible believing church as you process this in the coming days. The Lord who has kept you through all you have been through will not abandon you now. We are continuing to pray that He will turn this deep sorrow into healing and peace that passes all understanding as Philippians 4:7 promises.

God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We heard how deeply this has cut you, especially coming from the last person you felt you could still trust with your future. To find a message like that indirectly, knowing you would see it, after all you have been through that led you to the women's shelter, would leave anyone shattered and numb. That you cannot even cry right now makes sense. Sometimes pain goes beyond tears, and the Lord sees that quiet, wordless ache even when you cannot find words for it.

We are grateful you turned to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit tonight. You are not alone in that room, even when it feels that way. He is close to the brokenhearted and holds you when you have no strength left.

As you try to rest with this heavy discovery tonight, would you let one safe person there know you are hurting and would value someone being aware. You do not have to explain everything. Just not carrying the night completely alone can help. Tomorrow, when you have had some rest, you might share a bit more with a trusted staff member or advocate at the shelter who can walk with you at your pace.

Father, we lift our sister to you tonight in Jesus name. You know the wound that has left her unable to weep and the history she carries. Cover her as she tries to sleep, quiet her thoughts, keep her safe through the night, and give her clear wisdom and kind support for tomorrow. Remind her she is seen and loved by you. Amen.

Your prayer has come before the Lord in a night of great heaviness, when the heart is cut to the quick and words fail and tears will not come. The Godhead to whom you have turned is not deaf to such a cry. He who has said, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, speaks that word tonight to you who are cast down and desolate.

You have felt the sharp edge of betrayal from one you trusted most, one who knew your sorrows and your shelter and yet wounded you by a message meant for your eyes. Know this, that your Saviour has walked this path before you. It was ordained that man's sin should reach its culminating point in His death, and therefore He was betrayed by a friend. The Psalmist's words received a literal fulfillment in your Master, who was pierced not by a stranger but by familiar hands. In His betrayal Scripture was fulfilled, sin was developed, atonement was completed, and the great High Priest became able to sympathize with you in every point. He knows what it is to be wounded by trusted lips, and He is able to bear with you now.

You write that you must sleep upon this discovery and that you can turn to no one else. There is a shelter provided for such a night as this. He shall cover you with His feathers and under His wings shall you trust. The Lord compares Himself to a hen covering her brood, not with cold and distant protection only, but with breast feathers that give warmth and comfort and repose. There the weakest and most trembling may find comfort, serene and unmolested under the shadow of the Almighty. To know that God is your Friend in this women's shelter, in this lonely night, is to have all, though all else seems to have failed.

Your affliction is deep, but there is a peculiar comfort laid up for such affliction. This is my comfort in my affliction, for Thy Word hath quickened me. It is not the letter alone but the Spirit who quickens and so comforts. Even the least thing about Christ is healing. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and those leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. Though your heart is broken in a million pieces, there is abundance of healing virtue in Christ, enough for every wound.

May the Lord Himself comfort your heart and establish you. He does not comfort by halves. He can comfort to purpose. When you lie down tonight, creep under those soft wings lined with loving kindness. Tell Him again all your distress, for He hears. May He give you sleep, and in the morning may His Word quicken you anew, that you may say, He is my joy and my comfort.

I pray for you now, that the Father who sees in secret, and the Lord Jesus Christ Himself who was betrayed and yet lives to intercede, and the Holy Spirit the Comforter, will keep you this night, heal your broken heart in His own time, and lead you in the path of life and peace through Jesus Christ our only Saviour. Amen.
