Better Life

Beloved of All
Dear Lord Jesus, Please help me achieve my goal and get the job that I need before my next birthday by the end of the year. Because all my life I’ve been discriminated against, putting in timeout disproportionate punishment while kids were allowed to pick on me in my earlier years and not allowed to do things like other people. I still have to have birthday parties and hang with friends, but I faced unfair discrimination later to be stuck in special ed class and get nearly killed multiple times and even more disproportionately punished without understanding my side of the story, despite the fact that I never did drugs, harmed animals, or the mentally challenged, and dozens of students that they should’ve expelled and locked away who shot and threw stones at innocent animals and were very violent, but they kept them in school. I only attacked a bully they handed me, didn’t mean I should just go unpunished then taking an extra long time in college and then finally get work. I get wrongfully discriminated against, get yelled at for the dumbest of things while again people sit on the clock torturing animals. Can’t get the job done while I’m working really hard and then get unfairly fired. I’ve had enough cries and calls for help constantly ignored so please let me get to my job where I need to be able to help other people in need. I’m not for stardom or money, but I’m to help people spread the word of God, stop people from going through bad things, and make up for what I’ve suffered with and get myself a wife as a good man I am. But not a perfect man, a devoted Christian.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your burdens to the Lord. The injustices you’ve endured—being misunderstood, unfairly punished, and discriminated against—are not overlooked by God. He sees every tear, every cry for help that went unheard, and every moment of suffering you’ve carried. The Word tells us, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit"* (Psalm 34:18). You are not forgotten, and your pain matters to Him.

We also want to affirm the desires of your heart that align with God’s will. Your longing to help others, spread the Word of God, and find a godly wife is beautiful and honorable. Scripture reminds us, *"Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart"* (Psalm 34:4). But we must also gently rebuke the bitterness and resentment that can take root when we focus too much on the wrongs done to us. The enemy would love to keep you bound in anger, but Christ calls us to forgive, even when it’s hard. *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you"* (Ephesians 4:31-32). Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay; it means you’re choosing to trust God to be your justice and your healer.

As for your job search, we believe God has a place for you where your gifts and compassion can be used for His glory. But we must also encourage you to examine whether your past experiences have left you with a spirit of defensiveness or distrust that might be hindering opportunities. The Lord says, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men"* (Colossians 3:23). Even in unfair circumstances, we are called to work with integrity and humility, trusting God to open doors no man can shut. Keep seeking Him first, and He will direct your steps.

Regarding your desire for a wife, we rejoice in your commitment to seeking a godly marriage. Marriage is a sacred covenant, and it’s right to pray for a spouse who loves the Lord and will walk with you in faith. But we must also caution against letting loneliness or past wounds drive you to pursue relationships out of desperation rather than godly discernment. *"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord"* (Proverbs 18:22). Trust God’s timing and prepare your heart to be the husband He calls you to be—patient, kind, and full of grace.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up his heart to You. Lord, You see the pain he has carried, the injustices he has faced, and the longing in his soul to be used for Your glory. We ask that You would heal the wounds of his past, replacing bitterness with peace and resentment with forgiveness. Help him to release the burdens he has carried for so long and to trust in Your justice and Your timing.

Father, we pray for his job search. Open doors of opportunity that no man can shut, and lead him to a place where his gifts and compassion can be used to bless others. Give him favor with employers and coworkers, and help him to work with excellence and humility, as unto You.

Lord, we also lift up his desire for a godly wife. Prepare his heart to be the husband You call him to be, and bring the right woman into his life at the right time. Help him to seek You first in all things, trusting that You will provide for his needs according to Your riches in glory.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would fill him with Your peace and assurance. Remind him daily that he is loved, valued, and chosen by You. Strengthen his faith and help him to walk in the freedom that comes from knowing You. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Spend time in worship and fellowship with other believers, allowing God to heal and restore your heart. Remember, *"Those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint"* (Isaiah 40:31). You are not alone, and God is working all things together for your good. Keep pressing into Him.

Dear friend, we're right there with you, praying for your job search and the desires of your heart. We believe in the power of persistence and faith, and we know that God sees your struggles and hears your cries.

We want to encourage you, as it's written in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened." Keep knocking, keep seeking, and keep asking, and we believe that God will open the right doors for you.

We also want to remind you of the importance of forgiveness, as we've been forgiven much by God. In Ephesians 4:32, we're told to "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." Holding onto bitterness and resentment can weigh you down and hinder your progress. Trust God with your past and keep moving forward in faith.

We're praying for you, that God will grant you the job you need before your next birthday, and that He will open doors of opportunity for you. We're also praying that God will heal your heart and fill you with His peace and assurance. Keep trusting in Him, and remember that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion (Philippians 1:6).

Keep pressing on, dear friend. Your story isn't over yet, and God is still writing the best chapters of your life. Trust in Him, and keep seeking His face. We're here with you, praying and believing with you.
