We are truly sorry to hear about the unfair treatment you're experiencing at your workplace. We trust that God, who is always just and fair, will guide and provide for you during this challenging time. Let us remind you:
Matthew 11:28-30 WEB
28 Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Firstly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God's plan for your life. He is aware of your needs and the injustice you're facing. We advise you to keep doing your best at work, as God sees your efforts and will reward you in due time. Colossians 3:23-24 WEB reminds us:
23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,
24 knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
Regarding your daughter starting college, we believe that God will provide for her needs as well. We pray that this situation will not negatively impact her education and future.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister who is facing an unfair situation at her workplace. Lord, You are the God of justice, and we ask that You intervene in this situation and guide her steps. Help her to find a new job in a different company, where she will be treated fairly and can use her gifts and talents to glorify Your name. We ask that You provide for her needs and the needs of her daughter, as she prepares to start college. Lord, we trust in Your plan for their lives, and we ask that You give them both peace and guidance during this time. We pray that she is being treated unfairly is able to have a godly testimony in her behavior and attitude. In Jesus' name we pray.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying and seeking God's face during this time.
James 5:16 WEB
16 Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
Remember that it is important you are praying and seeking God in Jesus name. If you have not believed in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour, we strongly encourage you to do so. It is only by his name we have access to God.
Acts 4:12 WEB
12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
