We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and we are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We have continued to bring your request before the Lord that He would totally put behind you those things and people that came into your life in the past few months that you allowed in, and that He would remove them completely from your life.
We have prayed with thankfulness for your humble and honest heart in acknowledging that the pain and negativity and worldly influence of the last few months could have been avoided and that there was rebellion in certain ways. We are encouraged by your desire to leave these things behind and to walk in obedience. We have prayed that you would know the forgiveness and cleansing that is promised in 1 John 1:9 and the grace to forget what is behind as we are taught in Isaiah 43:18 and Philippians 3:13. We have asked God to cleanse your heart and life from that season of pain, to shut the door on every worldly influence and relationship that does not honor Him, to surround you with godly people, and to fill you with His peace and joy as you press forward with Him.
