Been searching the web and found first “active solution†to one of the conditions. It is ART (Active Release Technique), a form of physiotherapy applied by Chiropractors. This could heal my left shoulder, which about three months ago suffered a tear or strain due to anxiety tension; due to fear; due to abuses.

Please Lord, make it possible for me to receive chiropractic care. I sense it could, probably, also heal the abdominal tension, which is weakening my internal tissues making it difficult to carry out daily activities.

The “abdominal fear†is also an effect of the abuse. I want it to disappear. Any scar of violence I want it to be gone.

I want to forget they even exist violence and abusers. I want a world of peace and love. I mean it. The rest, be all gone.

Please give a kiss to my angel and all his mates.

For those who are in conditions worse than mine -I know of you- I double my prayer request. Somehow we are going to make it. I promise. God help us. Amen.

God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for all those I love, care about, and the writer of this prayer.
