We thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer concerning these troubling dreams about your father and the consequences of his involvement with the ouija board.
We have continued to lift you up, your father, his house and his household before the Lord. We remember how you shared that long ago your father sought a house and a different wife through that board, and that what was given has now been marked by division, with he and his second wife no longer sleeping together and no longer getting along, with locks on doors, with strange sores and blistering on her leg, and with sickness upon their grandchild who suffers with skin affliction. We also remember the heaviness of your dreams, of demons still active in that second house causing destruction, of suicide affecting another family, of houses being infiltrated and destroyed from the outside in, of your father's first marriage home where his four children lived becoming a dry and broken place of sand and dirt, and of a coming destruction by fire that you felt God was revealing to your father.
We take seriously that seeking guidance through a ouija board is an opening to spiritual darkness that God warns against in Deut 18:10, and we have prayed for the Lord's protection, deliverance and mercy over you and your entire family. We have prayed that any ground given to the enemy would be renounced and broken through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, for there is power in His name and His blood to set captives free. We cling to the promises that greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world in 1 John 4:4, that if we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil he will flee from us in Jas 4:7, and that the weapons of our warfare are mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds in 2 Cor 10:4.
