father in Jesus name. I ask that you place your hand upon me and help me with a problem that I have. I am fighting a battle, Lord, and that battle is with myself. You know what I go through each and everyday. You see everything I go through and I ask Lord that you help me. I worry way too much, Lord, and I know I shouldn't. You are in control and you know what is best for me in the future. You can see the future, Lord, and you know what the future holds. Lord, please help me as I go through my struggles and help me not to worry in Jesus name amen.

When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears and delivers them out of all their troubles (Psalms 34:17).
