We are truly heartbroken to hear that you feel this way, but we are here to stand with you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that God is always there, even in our darkest moments. He promises never to leave us nor forsake us. "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.
In Psalm 34:18 WEB the Bible reminds us, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." God is near to you right now, and He cares deeply about your pain. It is not unnoticed and you are not alone.
We also want to address the feeling of barrenness and the desire to give up. It is important that you realize that you may not see what your life is doing right now. Just like Joseph in the Old Testament, God had plans for him and used his life despite what circumstances may have appeared like at the time. Let us remind everyone what God told the Israelites in Isaiah 55:8 WEB, "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,' says Yahweh."
It is also crucial to remember that our lives are not our own. Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s." WEB. Therefore, we must never give up on life, for it is a gift from God, and we are His.
In this trying time, we encourage you to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you. "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7 WEB, and "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28 WEB.
One more important point. We noticed that you have not mentioned Jesus Christ in your request. This is even more important than being saved. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have access to God. The Bible says "in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him." Ephesians 3:12 WEB. There is no other way to salvation. If you have not received Jesus as your savior, please repent of your sins and ask Jesus to come into your life. We encourage you to proclaim the name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this precious soul to You. Lord, You know the pain and despair that they are feeling right now. We pray that You will be their strength and comfort in this trying time. Help them to see the light of Jesus Christ. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith. Lord, give them a reason to hope again. Restore their joy and fill them with Your peace. Let them know that their life is precious and that You have a purpose and a plan for them. We pray for complete healing and restoration. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We pray this for your glory. Forgive us if we have sinned in any way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen. (The only name by which we can be saved)
