The Bible reminds us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Your provision is not dependent on the economy, your past rejections, or even your own efforts alone—it is secured by the promise of God, who cares deeply for you and your children.
We also lift up your desire for a kind boss and a manageable work situation. Proverbs 16:3 tells us, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." As you seek work, we encourage you to surrender your applications, interviews, and even your expectations to the Lord. Ask Him to guide you to a workplace that honors Him and allows you to fulfill your role as a parent with integrity. Remember, your worth is not defined by your employment status but by your identity as a child of God, created with purpose and dignity.

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother, lifting up his need for employment. Lord, You know the financial burdens he carries and the desire of his heart to provide for his family. We ask that You would open doors no man can shut and lead him to a job that aligns with Your will—a job that provides not only a decent salary but also a healthy environment where he can thrive. Strengthen his faith in the face of past rejections, reminding him that You are his ultimate Provider. Give him wisdom as he applies for work, clarity in his interviews, and favor with potential employers. Father, we also pray for peace in his home during this season of waiting. May his children see his trust in You and be drawn closer to You as a family. We declare that Your provision is on the way, and we trust in Your perfect timing. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray.
