Bad time of the month

We lift up ### before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician who cares deeply for every part of our being—body, soul, and spirit. The struggles she is facing with PMS, anxiety, and emotional distress are real, but we serve a God who is greater than any trial. The Bible reminds us in **1 Peter 5:7**, *"Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you."* ### does not have to carry this burden alone, for Jesus invites her to come to Him with all her weariness and heaviness, promising rest for her soul (**Matthew 11:28**).

We also recall the words of **Philippians 4:6-7**, which say, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* ###, if you have not yet brought these struggles to Jesus in prayer, we urge you to do so now. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is only in Him that we find true peace. If you do not know Jesus as your Savior, we pray that this moment of need will draw you to Him. The Bible tells us in **Acts 4:12**, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Jesus alone is the way, the truth, and the life (**John 14:6**), and He longs for you to trust in Him.

For those who are in Christ, we are called to take every thought captive to obey Him (**2 Corinthians 10:5**). The anxiety and emotional turmoil ### is experiencing can feel overwhelming, but we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces (**Ephesians 6:12**). We must put on the full armor of God, standing firm in faith and prayer. Let us also remember the promise in **Isaiah 41:10**, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."*

We also encourage ### to care for her body as a temple of the Holy Spirit (**1 Corinthians 6:19-20**). This includes seeking wisdom in how to manage physical symptoms through proper rest, nutrition, and, if necessary, medical guidance. God has given us resources, and it is wise to steward them well. However, our ultimate trust must always be in Him, not in earthly remedies alone.

Let us pray together for ###:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister ###. Lord, You know the depths of her struggles—the physical discomfort, the anxiety, the tears, and the emotional weight she carries. We ask that You would be her Comforter, wrapping her in Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Touch her body, Lord, and ease the soreness and discomfort she feels. Calm her mind and still her heart, reminding her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made by You (**Psalm 139:14**).

Father, if ### does not yet know You, we pray that this season of struggle would draw her to Your Son, Jesus. Open her eyes to see His love for her, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (**Romans 5:8**). May she turn to Him in repentance and faith, receiving the salvation that is found in no other name. If she is already Your child, strengthen her faith, Lord. Help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her.

We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fear that seeks to overwhelm ###. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee, for greater is He who is in her than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**). Fill her instead with Your Holy Spirit, producing in her the fruit of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (**Galatians 5:22-23**).

Lord, surround ### with Your presence. Let her feel Your nearness in this time of need. Remind her that You are her refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**). Give her the grace to endure, the wisdom to seek help where needed, and the faith to trust in Your sovereign goodness.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust that You are at work in ###’s life, bringing healing, peace, and restoration. May she glorify You in her body and spirit, which are Yours. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you, ###. We know these days can be tough, but remember, you're not alone. We're here, lifting you up in prayer. We're asking Jesus to ease your physical discomfort, to calm your anxious heart, and to fill you with His peace. We're trusting Him to be your Comforter and Strength. Keep seeking Him, keep trusting Him, and know that He's right there with you. You're in our thoughts and prayers.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
