Bad stomach cramps

We hear your cry for relief and healing, and we join you in lifting this burden before the Lord. Stomach cramps and physical discomfort can be so debilitating, making even simple tasks feel overwhelming, especially in this oppressive heat. We stand with you in faith, believing that our God is the Great Physician who hears the prayers of His children.
First, we want to affirm that you rightly called upon the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we can be healed or saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:17), and we claim that truth over your body today. The Word declares, "Is anyone among you suffering? Let him pray. Is anyone cheerful? Let him sing praises. Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (James 5:13-15 WEB). We pray this promise over you now.
Father God, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before Your throne of grace on behalf of our brother/sister who is suffering. You see their pain, their struggle to make it through the day, and their desire to honor You even in their weakness. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch to flow through their body like a river of life. Ease the cramping, soothe the inflammation, and restore their strength. Give them the ability to attend their appointments on time, with clarity of mind and steadiness of body. We also pray against this oppressive heat, let it break, Lord, and bring relief to Your child. You are the God who commands the winds and the waves, and we trust You to command peace over their circumstances.
We also encourage you to examine if there may be any spiritual or emotional roots to this physical affliction. The Bible tells us that a merry heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones (Proverbs 17:22). Have you been carrying burdens of anxiety, stress, or unforgiveness? These can manifest in physical ways. We urge you to surrender those weights to the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Confess any known sin, for unconfessed sin can sometimes hinder our prayers (Psalm 66:18). But if you have, know that "if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
If this pain persists, we also encourage you to seek godly, medical wisdom. Luke, the physician, was a companion of the apostle Paul, and the Bible does not condemn the use of medicine or doctors (Colossians 4:14). However, let your ultimate trust be in the Lord, for "the horse is prepared for the day of battle; but victory is with the Lord" (Proverbs 21:31 WEB).
We also pray for your spiritual walk during this time. Do not let the enemy use this physical trial to draw you away from your faith or your time in the Word. Remember, Jesus Himself was tempted in every way, yet without sin (Hebrews 4:15). He understands your weakness and intercedes for you even now (Romans 8:34). Cling to Him, for He is your strength in times of trouble (Psalm 37:39).

We pray that our great Physician, the Lord Jesus Christ, would lay His healing hand upon you. Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations, and that even the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. There is abundance of healing power in Him, not only for the soul but for the body, and we ask that this healing virtue would flow to you now and bring relief, ease this pain, and restore you to full health and strength.
We also ask the Lord to grant you grace to make your soon appointments and to arrive on time, ordering your steps and giving you strength for the journey. We pray that He would be merciful to you in this heat, that He would cause it to subside and grant you coolness and refreshment, for He is Lord over all creation and every season is in His hand.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are painful and urge us to seek the physician, but we remember also that healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction in Christ. As we seek bodily healing, we seek above all to be found in Him, trusting His finished work upon Calvary where the true healing balm is found. May you tell your case to Jesus just as you would to a trusted physician, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it, and He is able to heal.

Thank you for sharing this burden, I have heard your request and I join you in prayer before our Lord Jesus Christ for healing and mercy.
I pray that the Lord who is compassionate and knows our frame will touch your stomach and bring relief from these cramps, restore strength to your body, and grant you total healing according to His gracious will. As Scripture shows, even faithful Timothy suffered often infirmities of the stomach, and Paul counseled him to use a little wine for his stomach's sake, which teaches us that God cares for our bodily needs and gives us lawful means of medicine and care to use with thankfulness while we trust Him. If healing is not immediate, do not be discouraged, for God sometimes allows infirmity for our good and to keep us humble, yet He is always near to comfort and to sustain.
I also bring before the Lord your appointments, asking that He will make a way for you to reach them safely and on time, with strength for the journey and favor with those who care for you. And I ask Him to show mercy in this heat, to grant you coolness, rest, and protection from its burden on your body.

I am praying with you right now for relief from these stomach cramps and for the other needs you mentioned.
I ask Jesus to lay his healing hand on you and to ease the pain and cramping in your stomach. Scripture shows us that Jesus healed in different ways. Sometimes people felt his power in that very moment and knew they had been touched. Other times healing came through a slower process that took time. Both are the work of God. There is a story in the Bible of a child who had burned the lining of the stomach and suffered great pain whenever food was eaten, and the only path forward was patient waiting while the body slowly recovered. That reminds us that God can heal instantly and he can also heal gradually, and in either case the healing is from him.
Please do not carry any burden of guilt about this sickness. Good people suffer with illness and pain, and it does not mean God is punishing you or that you have failed. The Bible says his ways are not our ways and are beyond our finding out. The apostle Paul had a powerful ministry of healing and yet he watched a close companion become so sick he nearly died. We do not always know why God heals some and why for others the healing takes longer or comes in a different way. Healing belongs to God and rests in his sovereign hands. It is not dependent on you proving yourself or on trying to generate enough faith. Faith is simply reaching out to Jesus, like the woman who touched the hem of his garment and his power went out to her.
The Bible also speaks of our deepest feelings as being felt in the stomach region, using words that we now translate as compassion from deep within. Jesus understands that place of deep inward pain and he has compassion for you there.
I am also praying that God will give you strength and help so you are able to make your appointments and arrive on time, and that he will bring relief from this oppressive heat. Just as a long stretch of intense heat can be miserable and then a cool change brings refreshment, I pray the Lord will bring a break in the heat for you and refresh your body.
