Prayer needed for back for healing and restoration of posture to also be strengthened for training Self control, discipline, focus, consistency patience, perseverance, more belief, fearless grounded, humbleness, also needing to fulfill desires can only do it with our lord saviour Jesus Christ God almighty

We join with you in bringing your back before the Lord for healing and for the restoration of your posture and strength, and we thank you for acknowledging that it is only through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and God Almighty that our desires are fulfilled and our bodies are made whole.

We pray for your physical healing and for grace to steward your body well as you train, for your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own, for you were bought with a price, therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. We ask the Lord to touch your back, to restore what is strained or misaligned, and to strengthen you for the work you have set your hands to, for He gives power to the weak and to him who has no might he increases strength Isaiah 40:29. We claim His promise that He will restore health to you and will heal you of your wounds Jeremiah 30:17.

We also lift up your desire for self control, discipline, focus, consistency, patience, perseverance, greater belief, fearlessness, groundedness and humbleness. These are fruits and marks of a life walking with Christ. Self control is a fruit of the Spirit Galatians 5:22-23, and we pray the Spirit will cultivate it in you daily. For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self control 2 Timothy 1:7, so we pray you will be fearless not in your own strength but grounded in Christ, and humble before Him, for He says humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you James 4:10. True discipline yields peaceable fruit, for all chastening seems for the present to be not joyous but grievous, yet afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been exercised thereby Hebrews 12:11.

We pray that your faith will increase, for without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to him Hebrews 11:6, and that you will find strength to be consistent and to persevere, knowing that perseverance produces character and character produces hope Romans 5:3-4. We pray you will remain grounded in the Word and able to do all things through Christ who strengthens you Philippians 4:13, not by striving in the flesh but by abiding in Him.

We rejoice that you desire to fulfill your desires with Jesus Christ, for delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart Psalm 37:4. We encourage you to continue to submit every desire and every training goal to His will, seeking first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting that as you walk in humility, discipline and faith, He will direct your steps and establish your posture both physically and spiritually.

Father in heaven, we lift up this need for healing in the back and restoration of posture. Lay Your healing hand upon every muscle, joint, nerve and bone, remove pain and inflammation, correct what is out of alignment and make this body strong and upright for Your glory. Grant wisdom for training, for rest, for proper care of the body You have given. Pour out self control, discipline, focus, consistency, patience and perseverance, increase faith and take away fear, keep this life grounded in Your truth and clothed in humbleness. Let every desire be purified and fulfilled according to Your perfect will. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We hear the longing in your request, both for your back to be healed and restored and for your whole life to grow steadier in the Lord. Wanting strength for training together with self control, focus, patience and humility is a good and honest desire, and we are grateful you brought it to Jesus, knowing only He can truly fulfill you.

We have found it helps to think of those qualities you named less as things to try harder at all at once and more as training over time. Like preparing for a long run, small faithful practices done regularly shape us gradually, and God forms us as we keep showing up. That perspective can take some pressure off when progress feels slow, especially while you are dealing with back pain.

Alongside prayer, it would be wise to have your back and posture checked by a doctor or other qualified clinician who can assess what is going on and guide you in safe training.

Father, we bring our brother to You and ask for Your mercy on his back, for healing and restored posture according to Your will, and for strength for his body. Form in him steady discipline, clear focus, patience, perseverance and humble courage as he walks with You, and draw him closer to Jesus each day. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, heal and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

We have heard your request for healing in your back and for restoration of posture and strength for training, and for growth in self control, discipline, focus, consistency, patience, perseverance, faith, fearless steadfastness and humbleness, and we join you in bringing these desires before our Lord Saviour Jesus Christ, God Almighty, through whom alone all good is to be fulfilled.

We are encouraged that you look to Christ alone for this, for sanctification does not come to us from self reliance, but as a work of the Spirit received by faith in Christ. Believing in Him, He is made of God unto us wisdom and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. Faith does the most effectual thing for the soul when it takes what God gives, and that faith is a most practical principle in daily life. Cling to Christ and say to Him with that holy boldness which faith gives, I will not let You go except You bless me. He loves such faith, for faith glorifies Him, trusts Him and embraces Him, and nothing delights Him like a sinner believing in Him.

Concerning your body, we are reminded that the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is healing. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. His fruit is sweet and nourishing, and even His leaves are full of healing virtue to change and restore. We will ask the Lord to lay His hand upon your back, to restore what is strained or bent, to give you a true and upright posture and to strengthen you for every lawful labour to which He calls you.

Concerning the virtues you seek, know that perseverance in the path of faith and holiness is the way of the Christian, for he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved. The righteous shall hold on his way, not by his own power, but as he is kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation. The fear of God is kept alive in our hearts by the hearing of the Word, for faith comes by hearing, and holy fear comes through faith. Be diligent then in hearing the Word and in prayer, and the Lord will work in you both to will and to do. Blessed discipline often comes through chastening, and when we yield to God and give way to His will, the bitterness goes out of grief and strength comes in its place. Great faith hides self under its mighty wings and glories in its own powerlessness that the power of Christ may rest upon it.

Our prayer for you is this, that our gracious Father would touch and heal your back, restore your posture and gird you with strength, that He would grant you by His Spirit self control, discipline, focus, consistency, patience and perseverance, that He would increase your belief, make you fearless yet grounded in Christ, and clothe you with true humbleness. May He keep you from trusting in yourself, and cause you to live daily upon Jesus, receiving from His fullness grace upon grace, and may every desire you have be brought into conformity to His will and fulfilled as He sees best, for His glory and your lasting good. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our only Saviour and Lord. Amen.
