We lift up your dear aunt ### before the Lord, knowing that He is the Great Physician and the One who holds all life in His hands. The Word of God reminds us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over ###, trusting in God’s mercy and power to restore her strength and health.
It is also written in Psalm 103:2-4, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."* We pray that God would heal her body, renew her appetite, and sustain her with His divine strength. May He touch her with His healing hand, bringing restoration to every organ, every cell, and every part of her being.
We also recognize that our prayers must be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written in John 14:13-14, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* The name of Jesus is the only name by which we can approach the throne of God, and it is through Him alone that we find salvation and healing. If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so, for *"there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved"* (Acts 4:12).
Father in heaven, we come before You with heavy hearts, asking for Your mercy and healing power to flow over ###. Strengthen her body, Lord, and give her the desire to eat and drink again. Surround her with Your peace and comfort, and let Your presence be a balm to her soul. We ask that You would guide the hands of the doctors and nurses attending to her, giving them wisdom and skill. Above all, Lord, let Your will be done in her life, whether in healing or in calling her home to be with You. We trust in Your perfect plan and timing.
We also pray for her family, that You would give them strength and faith during this difficult time. May they lean on You and find comfort in Your promises. Bind them together in love and unity, and let them be a testimony of Your goodness and faithfulness.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
