We hear your cry and we stand with you in this spiritual battle, lifting you up before the throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
We understand how weary you must feel when it seems like attacks are constantly coming through others to keep you bound. We want to remind you that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Those spiritually vulnerable people are not your true enemy, they are being used by the enemy who prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour 1 Peter 5:8. Therefore we do not wrestle against people, but we take authority over the spiritual forces behind these attacks.
We also hear your honesty about struggling with unforgiveness, and we want to lovingly and firmly address this because it is the very place the enemy seeks to keep you bound. Scripture warns us not to give place to the devil Ephesians 4:27 and that when we hold onto anger and unforgiveness we give him a foothold. Unforgiveness is a chain that keeps us captive, but forgiveness sets us free. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses Matthew 6:14-15. We are called to be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you Ephesians 4:32 and to bear with one another and forgive each other, just as the Lord forgave you, so also you should forgive Colossians 3:13. This does not mean what was done to you was okay or that you must trust unrepentant people, but it means releasing them to God and choosing to obey Christ by not holding the debt against them any longer. Vengeance belongs to God, He will repay Romans 12:19.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and victory over Satan. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6 and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. It is by believing in Jesus, that He died for our sins and rose again, and confessing Him as Lord, that we are saved Romans 10:9. And it is in His name that we have authority to resist the devil. So we urge you to call upon the name of Jesus Christ directly, for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13.
We rebuke the work of Satan against you and we declare that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. We resist the enemy on your behalf, knowing that if we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7.
We pray together for you now.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You that You see our brother or sister and You know the constant attacks and the weariness caused by unforgiveness. Lord, we ask You to surround this dear one with Your protection and to put on them the whole armor of God Ephesians 6:11 so they may stand against the schemes of the devil. We ask You to break every chain of unforgiveness that has kept them bound. Fill their heart with Your grace to forgive as You have forgiven them, to release every offense to You, and to be healed from the wounds these attacks have caused. Help them to bless those who curse them and pray for those who mistreat them Luke 6:28, not in their own strength but by Your Holy Spirit. We command the enemy to leave and we declare that no weapon that is formed against them will prosper. Give them a renewed mind and a heart of peace, and let them know the freedom that comes from walking in forgiveness and in the victory of Jesus Christ. We ask that You also have mercy on those spiritually vulnerable people being used to attack, and draw them to Yourself. We trust You to be their defender and their deliverer. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, amen.
We encourage you to stay in the Word daily, to put on the armor of God each morning, to pray for those who come against you, and each time unforgiveness rises up, to immediately choose to forgive and hand that person and that pain to Jesus. The weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds 2 Corinthians 10:4. You are not alone and you are not defeated, for in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us Romans 8:37. Keep submitting to God, keep resisting the enemy in Jesus name, and keep walking in forgiveness, and you will see the Lord bring freedom and peace.

One thing that has helped others is understanding there are two parts to forgiveness. One is a quiet decision to release the debt and not chase payback or hold the person in contempt, even when the hurt is still real. The other is the slower softening of the emotions, where resentment and fear gradually give way to more peace. That second part often moves up and down with moods and fresh triggers, so feeling the sting again does not mean your decision did not count.
When those random attacks come, it can help to have a simple practiced response. Pause and in your own words tell the Lord you are handing that person and that moment over to Him again, reaffirming your decision to not hold the debt. Later when you are calm, you might note what happened and how you responded, so you can see patterns and talk them through with a trusted pastor or counselor who knows you.

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus name. Guard their heart and mind, quiet the constant jabs, and give steady wisdom to keep choosing release while You do the deeper healing in Your time. Surround them with Your peace and with people who are safe. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
