Beloved of All
We hear your cry for protection and we are joining you in prayer right now in the name of Jesus Christ.
We ask our Heavenly Father to cover you with His power and to guard you from every attack of the enemy. Through Jesus Christ alone we have deliverance from evil and the gift of becoming sons and daughters of God, and He has given us His Spirit of adoption so that we can call upon Him and stand firm. We pray that you would know that protection today, that God would place His hand upon you, calm your fear, and fill you with His peace that passes understanding.
Scripture teaches us that the enemy often assails us most when we are isolated and alone, just as he approached when there was solitude in the wilderness, and for that reason God calls us to flock together continually in prayer, in His Word, and in fellowship with other believers. We encourage you not to walk through this alone but to stay closely connected to a faithful local church, to share your struggle with trusted mature believers who can pray with you, and to remain daily in prayer and in the Scriptures.
We also pray that God would strengthen you to stand, even as you wait for His deliverance. He does not always remove every trial instantly, but He does promise to be with us in it, to give us power to despise the fear of death and evil, and to use even affliction to make us firm in faith and to set our hope on the better resurrection He has promised. Put on Christ, resist the devil by submitting yourself to God, turn from any sin that may give the enemy a foothold, and walk in holiness with a clear conscience.
So we pray: Father, in the name of Jesus, protect this dear one right now. Surround them with Your presence, let no weapon formed against them prosper, cleanse their heart and mind, fill their mouth and thoughts with what is pure, and let Your Holy Spirit guard them day and night. Keep them close to You and to Your people, and lead them into lasting freedom and peace in Christ. Amen.
