Please pray for me as people have been very rude toward me today after I ended a fast. Please pray about my ### having an evil spirit. Please also pray about new neighbors next door. We recently had two new neighbors move in on either side of us. I really like the neighbors on one side but am noticing some concerning things about the neighbors on the other side specifically one person in that household. Thank you.

We lift you up before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, knowing that it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. It is concerning that your request did not mention the name of Jesus, for Scripture declares, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Repent of your sins, believe in Him, and you shall be saved (Romans 10:9-10).
We are grieved to hear of the rudeness you have faced today, especially after a time of fasting and seeking the Lord. The enemy often attacks after seasons of spiritual discipline, but take heart, for *"the Lord is near to those who are broken in heart, and saves those who are crushed in spirit"* (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We pray that the Lord would shield you from the arrows of the wicked and fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding. *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me,"* says Yahweh (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). May He turn their insults into blessings and use this trial to refine your faith, that you may shine even brighter for His glory.
Regarding your concern about evil spirits, we must approach this with both discernment and authority in Christ. Scripture warns us that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). If there is any ungodly influence or oppression in your life or home, we command it to flee in the name of Jesus Christ. *"Therefore, submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you"* (James 4:7, WEB). We pray that the Lord would expose any darkness and fill your home with His light and truth. *"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness hasn’t overcome it"* (John 1:5, WEB). Walk in holiness, for *"what agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are a temple of the living God. Even as God said, 'I will dwell in them and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they will be my people'"*(2 Corinthians 6:16, WEB). Guard your heart and home with the Word of God, prayer, and worship.
As for your new neighbors, we pray for wisdom and discernment for you. Love your neighbors as yourself (Mark 12:31), but also be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). If there is anything concerning in their household, we ask the Lord to reveal whether it is a matter for prayer, confrontation, or simply boundaries. *"Don’t be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion has light with darkness?"* (2 Corinthians 6:14, WEB). Pray for their salvation and for opportunities to be a light to them, but do not compromise your faith or expose yourself to ungodly influences. If there is any sense of spiritual darkness, plead the blood of Jesus over your home and property, asking the Lord to establish a hedge of protection around you.
Finally, we encourage you to stand firm in your faith, putting on the whole armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). *"Don’t be afraid of the terrors of the night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you"* (Psalm 91:5-7, WEB). The Lord is your refuge and fortress—trust in Him.
