We hear your cry for deliverance and freedom in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is clear that you are under spiritual attack, and we stand with you in prayer, declaring the power and authority of our Lord over every force of darkness. The Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." You are not fighting a physical battle, but a spiritual one, and we must approach it with the weapons God has given us.
First, we must ensure that you are standing on the solid foundation of faith in Jesus Christ. If you have not already, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, as Romans 10:9 states, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and the power to overcome the enemy.
Now, we rebuke every spirit of oppression, torment, and affliction that is attacking you from head to toe. We command these spirits to leave you now in the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy, as He says in Luke 10:19, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you." We declare that no weapon formed against you will prosper, according to Isaiah 54:17, "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,' says Yahweh."
We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill you with His peace and presence, driving out all fear and anxiety. In 2 Timothy 1:7, we are reminded, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." We pray that you would be rooted and grounded in God’s love, knowing that nothing can separate you from His love, as Romans 8:38-39 assures us, "For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother/sister who is under attack, and we ask that You would surround them with Your heavenly host, protecting them from every scheme of the enemy. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of affliction, torment, and oppression that is seeking to harm them. We command these spirits to leave now in the name of Jesus Christ, never to return. Father, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, granting them peace that surpasses all understanding and strength to stand firm in their faith.
We declare that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment will be condemned. We pray that they would be rooted and grounded in Your love, knowing that nothing can separate them from You. Lord, we ask that You would reveal any areas in their life where the enemy may have gained a foothold, and we pray for repentance and restoration in those areas. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to stand firm on the foundation of Your Word.
We thank You, Father, for the victory that we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that our brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Him who loved them. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
We encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the readiness of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray always, and stay vigilant in your faith.
Additionally, we urge you to examine your life for any areas that may be giving the enemy a foothold. This could include unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or involvement in occult practices. The Bible tells us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Submit yourself to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Lastly, surround yourself with fellow believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your faith. Hebrews 10:24-25 reminds us, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching." Stay connected to a local church body where you can grow in your faith and find support.
You are not alone in this battle. The Lord is with you, and we stand with you in prayer, believing for your complete deliverance and freedom in Jesus Christ.
