i come to you not feeling well but knowing that my first line of defense is to pray & seek Your Face in time of such need
From the extreme heat & super high humidity
i am finding it soo very difficult to breathe today & function

Please be my very breath of life Lord God
Breathe Into Me Healing & Physical Health & Wholeness Today
heal my asthma condition & strengthen my breathing capacity
help my lungs to function fully & properly & increase my oxygen levels too

BREATHE WITH ME FATHER SON & HOLY GHOST
YOU BE MY BREATH OF LIFE & RE-VITALIZE ME TODAY PLEASE

I also ask that i can accomplish all that i must get done
please lead & guide me in my every decision & give me
the strength energy ability & perfect physical health & wholeness
to do absolutely everything i must & need to get done today please
Help me to differentiate between what is the most important chores,
paper-work phone calls & errands to do today & what can wait for another day when i am feeling better
so i don't over-whelm myself or over-tax or stress myself out please
