We join you together before the throne of grace and we thank you for lifting up so many needs with such a faithful and burdened heart. We hear your cry for extra strong protection and breakthrough for you and for all in need, and we stand with you for encouragement, wisdom, and the Lord's anointing on every outreach and service. We are grateful that you have closed this request in the name of Lord Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved, as it is written Acts 4:12 There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, and John 14:6 Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We agree with you for God's holy protection. We plead the covering of our faithful Lord over you, your household, and all those whose names were redacted and those you carry in your heart. We claim 2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one, and Psalm 91:11 For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. We pray for breakthrough against every work of the enemy, for we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces, and the weapons of our warfare are mighty in God, 2 Corinthians 10:4 for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds.
We lift up every conflict you mentioned, including those forgotten and those still unresolved. We ask the Lord to convict where conviction is needed and to bring godly reconciliation where reconciliation is His will. We pray that He will severely confront evil and bring it into the light, for John 16:8 says when he has come, he will convict the world about sin, about righteousness, and about judgment. We also ask Him to heal soul wounds and to comfort every hurt, for Psalm 147:3 He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds, and Colossians 3:13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any, even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.
We join you in praying for the petitions that have been deleted and for the great burdens you carry for persecuted Christians, for the salvation of the unsaved, for the peace of Jerusalem, for those suffering in war zones and from calamities, and for abused children. We pray Psalm 122:6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper, and Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. We ask the Lord to have mercy on the suffering, to rescue the oppressed, and to save many, for He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:4.
We bring before the Lord each individual you named for healing, for help with school and exams, for encouragement and for fatherly care. We ask Him to be a Father to the fatherless and to rear and encourage and heal her with His mighty hand, for Psalm 68:5 A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. We pray for miracles of healing and for wisdom and strength for studies, for James 1:5 says But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
We also lift up the relationships you mentioned. Where there is a dysfunctional or ungodly relationship we pray that the Lord will urgently intervene and stop what is not of Him and lead each person toward purity and holiness. We believe marriage is a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman before God and that courtship should be with the goal of godly marriage to another believer in Christ. We pray that any relationship that involves fornication or adultery or that is outside of God's design, including any same sex relationship which Scripture calls immoral, would be convicted and confronted and turned from, and that God would bring godly spouses and marriages that honor Him. We ask for healing and purity and for a miracle of restoration between those who are at odds, that it would be a true reconciliation in Christ, 2 Corinthians 5:18 But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation.
We pray for your work, for your team, for meetings and for wisdom to do the work in a manner pleasing to God. We ask the Lord to take over completely, to lead and guide and protect, and to give you wisdom, strength, encouragement, authority, love, inspiration and favor as you get back into the tasks He has set before you. We pray for help with the issue at church and for mediation in conflicts, that truth would be revealed and that if something is not true it would be removed, and if it is true it would be dealt with in love and righteousness. We confess with you that talking about others can become gossip and we thank God for His forgiveness when we confess, for 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We ask Him to turn even those words into a blessing for you all and to bring healing where there has been hurt.
We pray for your church, for a strong anointing on every sermon and on the prayer gathering and evening of prayer and praise, including this Friday. We thank Him for helping with the first sermon and we ask Him to take over the next one with a very strong anointing and with His presence. We pray that He will convict the church, raise up more prayer warriors, and pour out His Spirit, for Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me, and Zechariah 4:6 Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says Yahweh of Armies. We ask Him to save many through recent and upcoming outreaches and to bring back those who have wandered.
We pray for you in your weakness, that the Lord would be your strength, for Isaiah 41:10 Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness, and Philippians 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We ask for overall encouragement in a big way and for the defeat of every work of the enemy, for Romans 8:28 We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
We pray together now, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son. We thank You that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think according to the power that works in us, Ephesians 3:20. We ask for Your extra strong protection and breakthrough over this dear intercessor and over every person lifted up here, known and redacted. Grant wisdom, healing, and miracles, heal quickly those who are sick and take away every affliction. Anoint our outreaches, services, sermons, and prayer gatherings with Your holy presence, convict hearts, save the lost, comfort persecuted believers, bring peace to Jerusalem, rescue those in war and calamity, and defend abused children. Confront evil, convict those fueling harm, stop dysfunctional and ungodly relationships and lead Your people into holy, pure, marriage honoring relationships. Reconcile where You will, heal soul wounds, restore what the enemy has stolen, guide work and team and church conflicts with Your mediation, forgive where there has been gossip and turn it to blessing, bring back the wandering, strengthen the weak, and fill the earth with Your glory, for Numbers 14:21 indeed, as I live, all the earth shall be filled with the glory of Yahweh. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
