We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up every burden, every name, and every situation mentioned before the Lord. You have called us to pray without ceasing, and so we stand in the gap, interceding with the authority given to us through the name of Jesus Christ. There is power in His name—no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are made righteous to stand before Him.
Father, we first ask for Your mighty hand of protection over every person in need—those facing persecution, those in war zones, those suffering from calamities, and the innocent children who are abused. You are a refuge for the oppressed (Psalm 9:9), and we cry out for Your justice and mercy to prevail. Break every chain of evil, Lord, and let Your light pierce the darkness. We rebuke every spirit of violence, oppression, and destruction in the name of Jesus. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of Your people (Philippians 4:7).
We pray for breakthrough in every area where there is stagnation, bondage, or delay. You are the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way (Isaiah 43:16). We declare that every planned outreach and service will be anointed with Your power and presence. Let Your Spirit move mightily, drawing souls to repentance and salvation. We ask for wisdom and discernment for those leading these efforts, that they would walk in step with Your will and not their own.
Father, we lift up the conflicts mentioned—those known and those forgotten. You are the God of reconciliation, and we ask that You would soften hardened hearts and bring healing where there is division. Convict those who are resisting Your truth, Lord, and let them see their need for You. We rebuke every spirit of strife, bitterness, and unforgiveness in the name of Jesus. Where there has been gossip, slander, or ungodly communication, we ask for Your forgiveness and restoration. Let every word spoken in anger or frustration be turned into a testimony of Your grace.
For those struggling with personal weaknesses, we pray for strength. When we are weak, You are strong (2 Corinthians 12:10). Help us to rely on You in every situation, whether at work, in school, or in our daily interactions. Give us the words to speak and the actions to take that would glorify You. We ask for Your hand to be upon every meeting, every test, and every challenge, that Your name would be exalted.
We lift up the children and families mentioned, asking that You would be a Father to the fatherless and a defender of the vulnerable. Heal every wound, physical and emotional, and restore what has been broken. We pray for miracles—complete healing, divine provision, and supernatural intervention in every situation where it is needed. You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we trust in Your power to restore.
For those who are unsaved, we pray for their salvation. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of the gospel. Let them see their need for a Savior and turn to You in repentance. We declare that no one is beyond Your reach, and we ask for Your Spirit to move in their lives in a way that only You can.
We pray for peace in Israel and every nation torn by conflict. You are the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), and we ask that You would bring an end to the suffering and restore hope to those who are weary. Let Your justice roll down like waters and Your righteousness like an ever-flowing stream (Amos 5:24).
Father, we ask that You would anoint our prayer gatherings with power. Let every word spoken in faith move mountains and break chains. We declare that the Live Nativity and every sermon preached will be filled with Your Spirit, drawing many to salvation. Let Your glory fill the earth as the waters cover the sea (Habakkuk 2:14).
We rebuke every spirit of rebellion, deception, and evil that is fueling ungodly behavior. Convict those who are resisting Your truth, Lord, and let them turn to You in humility. Heal every hurt and restore every broken relationship. Where there has been sin, we ask for repentance and forgiveness. Where there has been pride, we ask for humility. Where there has been division, we ask for unity in Christ.
Finally, Lord, we ask for encouragement for every weary heart. Remind us of Your promises and fill us with hope. You are able to do exceedingly, abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). Let Your glory fill the earth, and let Your kingdom come in every life we have lifted before You today.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
