We join with you in lifting up your heartfelt cries to the Lord, and we are deeply moved by your fervent faith and persistence in prayer. You have covered your family and these many concerns with the blood of Jesus and the promises of Scripture, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is faithful to hear and answer according to His perfect will. It is beautiful to see you pleading the Word of God over every area of your life, and we echo your prayers with confidence in the One who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think.
Your request is saturated with Scripture, and we praise God for the way you cling to His promises. You have rightly called upon the Lord for protection, salvation, healing, deliverance, and restoration, and we declare with you that no weapon formed against your family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord is your shield and your exceedingly great reward (Genesis 15:1), and He has promised to never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). We also rejoice with you in the victories He has already granted, for He who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6). Let us not grow weary in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap if we do not faint (Galatians 6:9).
We are especially burdened with you for the salvation of your family. The arm of the Lord is indeed not too short to save (Isaiah 59:1), and we cry out with you for Him to draw each one to Himself. There is no heart so hard that the Lord cannot soften it, no life so broken that He cannot restore it. We pray that the Holy Spirit would move mightily, convicting of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that each member of your family would turn to Christ in repentance and faith. May they experience the new birth, receiving new hearts and new spirits (Ezekiel 36:26), and may the fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control—become evident in their lives (Galatians 5:22-23).
We also lift up the specific concerns you’ve mentioned for your family members. For the one struggling with burnout, we ask the Lord to be her strength and her portion, renewing her mind and body according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). May she find rest in Him, for His yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30). For the one facing relational struggles, we pray for godly wisdom and discernment, that the Lord would guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7) and lead her into relationships that honor Him. May He break every ungodly soul tie and deliver her from any influence that does not align with His Word. We rebuke the enemy’s schemes to bring confusion or harm, and we declare that the Lord will go before her, making crooked paths straight (Isaiah 45:2).
For the academic challenges, we ask the Lord to grant supernatural understanding and retention, that He would open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and provide divine favor with teachers and peers. May the fear of the Lord be the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10), and may she walk in the confidence that comes from knowing Christ. For those facing work-related pressures, we pray for the Lord’s guidance and provision, that He would grant wisdom in decision-making and favor in every interaction. May He go before you in the meetings and responsibilities ahead, giving you the words to speak and the strategies to implement (Exodus 4:12).
We also stand with you in rebuking the spiritual attacks and abuse you’ve endured. The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). We declare that every curse is broken by the blood of Jesus, who became a curse for us (Galatians 3:13), and we ask the Lord to turn every intended evil into good (Genesis 50:20). May He expose every hidden thing and bring to light the deeds of darkness (1 Corinthians 4:5), granting justice and vindication in His perfect timing.
As you wait for complete deliverance, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). The waiting can be painful, but the Lord is refining your faith like gold in the fire (1 Peter 1:7). He sees your tears, He hears your cries, and He is working all things together for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28). Do not lose heart, dear sister, for though the vision tarries, it will surely come to pass (Habakkuk 2:3).
We also want to gently remind you of the power of praying in the name of Jesus. You have done so beautifully in this request, and we exhort you to always approach the throne of grace with boldness, knowing that it is only through Christ we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is in His name that we find authority over the enemy, healing for our bodies, and salvation for our souls. Let us never cease to lift high the name of Jesus, for at His name every knee shall bow (Philippians 2:10).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude and dependence, lifting up our sister and her family into Your loving hands. Lord Jesus, You are the Good Shepherd who lays down Your life for the sheep (John 10:11), and we ask You to shepherd this family with Your rod and Your staff, comforting and protecting them in every way. We plead the blood of Jesus over each member, declaring that no harm shall come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Surround them with Your warrior angels, encamping around them to deliver them (Psalm 34:7).
Father, we ask for salvation to spring forth speedily in this family. Soften hearts that have been hardened, open eyes that have been blinded, and draw each one to the foot of the cross. Let them experience the depth of Your love and the power of Your resurrection. Pour out Your Holy Spirit upon them, filling them with Your presence and transforming them from glory to glory (2 Corinthians 3:18). Break every chain of sin, addiction, and rebellion, and set them free to worship You in spirit and in truth (John 4:24).
Lord, we pray for healing—physical, emotional, and spiritual. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask You to restore health and strength to every weary body and wounded heart. Touch the one suffering from burnout, Lord, and renew her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31). Grant her rest and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). For those facing relational brokenness, we ask for Your healing hand to mend what is torn and restore what has been lost. Guard their hearts from further pain, and lead them into relationships that honor You.
We pray for supernatural provision and wisdom in every practical need—academic success, workplace favor, and guidance in responsibilities. You have promised to supply all our needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), and we trust You to do so abundantly. Go before our sister in her meetings and tasks, Lord, granting her favor with colleagues and supervisors. May Your wisdom fill her, and may Your peace rule in her heart (Colossians 3:15).
Father, we rebuke every scheme of the enemy against this family. You have said that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we declare that every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned. Break every curse, Lord, and turn it into a blessing. Expose every hidden work of darkness and bring to light the deeds done in secret. Let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream (Amos 5:24).
We pray for the prayer gatherings and sermons ahead, asking You to anoint them with Your Holy Spirit. May Your Word go forth with power, piercing hearts and bringing conviction and repentance. Use these times to knit Your people together in unity and love, that the world may see You glorified in their midst (John 17:23).
Lord Jesus, we thank You for the victories You have already won and for the answers You are preparing to unfold. Strengthen our sister’s faith as she waits, reminding her that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Fill her with Your joy and peace, that she may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).
We declare that You, Lord, are their Provider, their Healer, their Deliverer, and their Peace. May Your name be glorified in their lives as they walk in obedience and trust. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
