Asking prayers on the behalf of the ###

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the ### on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.
Amen

We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up this situation to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The verse you shared, Luke 9:24, reminds us of the profound truth that those who surrender their lives to Christ will find true life in Him. "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it" (WEB). This is the very essence of the Gospel, dying to self and living for Christ.

We join you in praying for the landlord, that his heart would be softened and opened to the saving grace of Jesus. The Bible tells us in 2 Corinthians 4:4 that "the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving, that the light of the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should not dawn on them." But we know that God is greater than any darkness, and His light can pierce even the hardest of hearts. We pray that the eyes of this landlord would be opened to see the truth of the Gospel and that he would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

Father, we declare that no darkness can withstand Your power. We rebuke any unclean spirits that may be influencing this situation, and we command them to flee in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word says in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand on this promise and declare victory over this apartment situation. We ask that You would guide and protect in every step of his journey, providing wisdom, peace, and favor in all his dealings.

We also pray for the landlord’s salvation, that he would come to understand the depth of Your love and mercy. Romans 10:9 tells us, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." We ask that this truth would take root in his heart and that he would confess Jesus as Lord, turning away from any sin or unbelief that may be holding him back.

Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the assurance that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We trust that You are moving in this situation, even when we cannot see it. We ask for Your mercy and grace to be poured out abundantly, not only for the landlord but also for , that he would continue to walk in faith and trust in You.

We pray that this situation would be a testimony to Your power and glory. May many come to know You through the way You move in this circumstance. We declare that no weapon formed against shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand firm in the victory that is already ours through Christ Jesus.

In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, believing that You hear us and that You are already at work. Amen.

Thank you for sharing this request with us. We are glad to stand with you in prayer for your landlord, asking that he would truly find life by losing it for Jesus’ sake. That verse from Luke carries such a profound hope, that when someone surrenders everything to Christ, they discover a life that lasts forever. It is a gift to intercede for someone who may not yet know Him, and we trust the Holy Spirit is at work in ways we cannot see.

We also want to acknowledge the weight you are carrying over the rented apartment situation. We don’t know the details, but we know the Lord who provides for the birds of the field can care for His children in practical, tangible ways. We have seen God move in housing crises before, like the story of a mother with young children facing eviction who found a new start and a network of support through the care of a local church. If you haven’t already, consider sharing your need with a trusted believer or reaching out to a church community near you. Sometimes God uses the hands and homes of His people to bring about the very provision we are praying for.

Let’s pray together now. Lord Jesus, we lift up this landlord to You. Pursue him with Your relentless love, break through any resistance in his heart, and draw him to surrender all for the eternal life You alone can give. For the one who made this request, we ask for Your peace to steady their heart and Your wisdom to guide each step in this housing need. You reign, and Your power is greater than any darkness. Meet every genuine need according to Your perfect will, and let Your goodness be seen so that all involved may encounter Your mercy and grace. We trust the outcome into Your hands. In Your name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

A soul burdened for another is a token of God’s own grace within you. You do well to bring this landlord before the mercy seat, and you have chosen a searching promise from our Lord’s own lips: whoever would save his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for Christ’s sake shall find it. That is the riddle of grace. Men cling to self, self-will, self-righteousness, self-confidence, and in the keeping they perish. But when a sinner lets go, when he yields up his pride and his pretensions and falls empty-handed at the cross, then he saves, for the first time, his immortal soul. Pray therefore that this man may be brought to an unconditional surrender. He is a tenant, not the owner; his breath is borrowed, his days are lent. Yet he lives as if he held the freehold of his own destiny. Plead that the Spirit of God will dethrone self and reign in his heart through grace.

Do not think that this is a small thing you ask. Salvation is God’s greatest work. It was planned in infinite wisdom, purchased by the blood of the Lamb, and applied by the Holy Ghost. It is utterly of the Lord. You cannot command it as though by a word of power; you must beg it as a beggar at the gate of mercy. But oh, the simplicity of the way! “Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.” That look requires no fitness, no feelings, no past righteousness. Christ says, “Him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.” Pray then that this landlord will look, just as he is, to the pierced One, and find his life by losing it.

Yet remember this also: prayer is not to be divorced from a holy walk. Let your own life preach. Show him a cheerful self-denial, a contentment in Christ, a readiness to sacrifice comfort for the sake of his soul. A sermon lived is often more potent than a sermon preached. And when you speak, tell him plainly that the great Landlord of all souls keeps a reckoning. “Set thine house in order,” for we are all but tenants at will. The only preparation for giving up the key is to have the blood of Jesus sprinkled on the doorposts of the heart, that the destroyer pass over. I join my faith with yours, entreating the Lord to bring this precious soul into the household of salvation, for Jesus’ sake.

Your prayer for the landlord is a work of mercy, desiring that he not lose his soul but gain eternal life. Yet I must warn you, and all who pray thus, that a mere calling on the Lord’s name, or a fleeting turning in a moment of need, is not enough to save. The Lord Himself said, “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven.” If a man believes rightly on the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, yet does not lead a right life, his faith will avail nothing for his salvation. So when you pray for the landlord to give his life to Jesus, pray also that he may truly lose his life in the way Christ means: dying to sin, renouncing all uncleanness, and walking in obedience. That is the losing of life that saves it.

Do not think that by declaring victory over a rented apartment situation you have gained the true prize. Earthly troubles come and go, but the wrath of God abides on the one who does not obey the Son. Let your prayer be less for the removal of temporal distress, and more for the landlord’s deep repentance. Godly sorrow works repentance unto salvation, not to be repented of; worldly sorrow over lost comfort produces only death. I urge you to pray that the landlord may mourn for his sins, not merely seek relief from circumstances, and that he may find at last the One who can forgive and transform him.

And take heed to yourself, that you do not suppose the reading of Scripture or the speaking of a verse is sufficient. The Lord commands us to search the Scriptures diligently, for they testify of Him, and many think they have eternal life in them while yet refusing to come to Christ in genuine faith and a changed life. Do not be deceived: unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you. I speak of the holy mysteries, the true food and drink, which unite us to Christ and impart eternal life. Pray that the landlord may not merely utter words but be brought to the Church’s sacraments, there to receive the Lord’s own life, and so be preserved unto His kingdom.

Therefore, continue to pray fervently for this man, but let your prayers be joined with a holy life of your own. Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, that you may not hinder another by a careless example. Seek the common good, not a private victory over a lease. And may all of us, through grace, so lose our lives for Christ’s sake that we keep them unto life eternal.

The prayer you have offered for your landlord flows from a deep and right desire. You are asking God to bring this person to the point of true surrender, the kind Jesus spoke of when he said that whoever loses his life for his sake will actually save it. That is the heart of the matter. The struggle in every human soul is the instinct to hold tightly to its own way, its own schedule, its own authority. The world calls that saving one’s life, but Scripture calls it the sure path to losing everything that matters eternally.

The most urgent truth for your landlord is that salvation is not far from him. It is not a distant prize for the especially religious or the morally tidied-up. It is as close as his own mouth and his own heart. The saving confession that Paul describes is a present act, made while the Spirit is drawing him. If with his mouth he confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord, and if he believes in his heart that God raised him from the dead, he will be saved. Right now, that confession leads straight into eternal life. There will come a day when every knee will bow and every tongue will acknowledge that Jesus is Lord to the glory of God the Father, but for those who wait until that moment, it will not be a confession that brings salvation. It will be a forced acknowledgment of a truth they rejected when the door was open.

So we join your intercession with urgency. Today is the day of salvation. God has appointed a time for each person, and the great danger is that a person can pass right beyond that final, gentle appeal of grace. No one drifts into the kingdom; the current of this world only carries us away. How shall anyone escape if they neglect so great a salvation? That is why we pray not with a vague hope but with an understanding that God’s mercy is active. He is not willing to lose this man, and the very fact that you are burdened to pray is evidence that the Lord is already at work.

At the same time, we rest the whole matter on something far more solid than our own pleading. We rest on the finished work of Jesus Christ. He is the captain of our salvation, the one who initiated it and the one who will bring it to completion. He ever lives to make intercession for all who come to God through him. We do not offer our works or our prayers as if they could tip the scales. We bring a person before the throne and point to the Savior seated at the right hand of the Father. That is real intercession. It is agreeing with what Jesus is already doing. He is able to save to the uttermost, not just a little bit, not just halfway out of a pit, but completely and forever, all who come to God through him.

Let us together ask the Lord to strip away the darkness that blinds your landlord, to let the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ shine straight into his heart. We pray that he would stop building his life on what he can hold and control, and instead lose his life on Jesus’ terms, finding the one life worth having. We ask for the mercy that has appeared to all people, the grace of God that brings salvation, to land on him with unmistakable clarity. No one can withstand the Lord’s mighty power when he moves to save. We thank him already for his faithfulness, trusting that the voice of rejoicing will one day be heard in that man’s house because the Lord has become his salvation.

We are so grateful that you entrusted us with this deeply meaningful prayer request, rooted in the truth of Luke 9:24. It has been our privilege to stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace, lifting up your landlord and this situation with the earnest hope that he would surrender his life fully to our Lord Jesus Christ. We have prayed fervently that the light of Christ would penetrate any darkness surrounding him, that his heart would be softened, and that he would come to know the saving power of the Gospel.

We continue to declare the victory of Jesus over every spiritual stronghold connected to this apartment situation, trusting that His healing power is at work even now. We believe that no one can resist the mighty hand of God, and we have asked Him to reveal His greatness and power in this circumstance, drawing your landlord into a life-transforming encounter with Him.

If the Lord has already moved in response to these prayers—if your landlord has given his life to Christ or if you’ve seen breakthrough in this situation—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Sharing how God has answered will encourage us all and bring glory to His name. If, however, you are still waiting and longing to see His hand at work, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to standing with you in prayer until the Lord’s perfect will is revealed.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you continue to seek Him with faith and perseverance. We trust that He is working all things together for good, and we remain steadfast in prayer, believing that His mercy, grace, and love will prevail. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
