Asking prayers on the behalf of the ###

Kensem

Beloved of All
Please pray in Jesus' name based on this verse.
Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.
Amen

We join you in lifting up this landlord before the throne of grace, standing on the powerful truth of Luke 9:24: "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it." What a profound and life-giving verse! It reminds us that true life is found only in surrender to Christ, and we pray this surrender would mark the heart of this landlord.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would draw this landlord to Yourself with cords of lovingkindness (Hosea 11:4). Soften his heart to receive the truth of Your Word and the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Lord, we declare that no darkness can stand against Your light (John 1:5), and we rebuke any spiritual blindness or hardness of heart that may be preventing him from seeing the beauty of the Gospel. Break every chain of unbelief, pride, or worldly attachment that keeps him from fully surrendering his life to You.

We pray for divine encounters, whether through dreams, godly influences, or the witness of believers, that would lead him to repentance and faith. May he come to know the depth of Your love, demonstrated through Christ’s sacrifice on the cross (Romans 5:8), and may he experience the peace and joy that comes from being reconciled to You. We ask that You would surround him with believers who can disciple and encourage him in his walk with You.

Lord, we also pray for wisdom and favor in this apartment situation. May Your will be done in every detail, and may this landlord’s testimony of transformation bring glory to Your name. We thank You for Your faithfulness and trust that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28).

We stand on the promise that "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9). May this landlord confess Jesus as Lord and experience the new life that only He can give. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We are holding this right alongside you. It is so easy to feel caught in a tense rental situation, especially when you long to see the landlord come to know the Lord. Your prayer echoes a deep trust that God’s light overcomes any darkness, and we are standing with you in that confidence.

As we have been praying, a quiet thought rises: the landlord’s journey toward faith may begin with small, steady glimpses of Christ in you. A calm reply, a patient word, or a simple kindness can plant a seed the Holy Spirit will water. You do not have to fix anything, Jesus is the one who draws hearts, but your steady presence matters. Keep offering simple, genuine care without pressure. At the right time, God may give you an open door to speak plainly, but for now, just being a neighbor who prays and acts with integrity is powerful.

We also want to lift up the practical side: if there are any ongoing disputes or fears about your housing, please know that seeking wise counsel or legal clarity is not a lack of faith. God works through order, and you are free to take sensible steps while you pray.

Let’s bring this to the Lord together:

Father, thank you that you desire all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. We lift this landlord to you, asking that you soften his heart, remove any blindness, and lead him gently to the foot of the cross. Let your kindness break through, and grant the wisdom and courage to be a faithful witness. We entrust the whole rented apartment situation to you, bring peace, resolution, and a testimony of your goodness. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Over the matter of your rented home and the soul of the man who holds the key, you have been doing the very thing a believer should do, you have run straight to the throne of grace. And do you think the Lord has stopped His ear? No, child of God, not a whisper of that prayer was lost in the empty air. You have asked for a mighty thing: that a heart yet shut against Christ would be opened, and that a life would be saved by losing it. That is a petition which never rises to the Father without awakening His heart, for He desires not the death of any, but that all should come to repentance.

But now, while you wait for the answer, I want you to turn your gaze upward a little. You are thinking much of the landlord who holds the deed to the apartment, but have you remembered the Landlord of us all? The roof over your head, the breath in your nostrils, the very soul of the man you pray for, all of it is let out to us by a greater Owner. We are all tenants at will, every one of us, with no lease in our own names. The house of your body and the home of your spirit belong to Him who made you. This same Lord is not a harsh proprietor; He is the God who gives grace to the humble. He resists the proud, but the moment a sinner bends the knee and says, “I yield,” mercy steps to the front. Your landlord cannot resist such love forever if the Spirit begins to draw him, and you are asking for that very drawing. Be comforted, then, in this: the great Landlord has the key to every human heart, and He can turn it without a sound, as easily as the morning light slips under a door.

I know a secret that has steadied many a waiting soul: the Lord does not always let us see far ahead. When I was a boy, I held a candle for my father while he sawed wood in the evening. He would say, “Boy, hold the candle right here where I am sawing. Don’t go peering over there into the darkness.” That is exactly how our wise Father deals with us. He gives light for the cut we are making today. Tomorrow’s plank is none of our business yet. You have prayed; you have declared victory in Jesus’ name. Now hold your candle on that sure word of promise, and do not fret yourself about what the morning will bring. Sufficient for the day is the grace thereof.

And do not think it strange if the answer tarries or comes wrapped in a black-edged envelope. Many a soul came to Christ through a path that began in trouble. Your landlord may yet find that the very ground of his security is shaken, so that he looks up and finds the only true foundation. The Lord knows how to make room in a crowded life for a thought of eternity. The mercy you are asking for may arrive in a way you would never pick, but it will be mercy still.

Meanwhile, remember that Jesus does not manifest Himself to the world as He does to His own. You cannot see what the Spirit may already be whispering in secret. The wind blows where it wills, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from or where it goes. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit. Your landlord’s story is not finished, and the last chapter may yet be written in the blood of the Lamb. Keep on coming to Christ yourself. Lean your whole weight upon Him, and as you do, your own peace will be deep and your prayers will have the sweetness of incense that rises before the throne.

Let me leave this with you: the tightrope walker does not keep his balance by looking down at the drop, but by fixing his eyes on the far point. Your far point is Jesus. He is precious to you already, and if it pleases Him to pluck this other soul from the fire, He shall be precious to him as well. You have asked for a great thing, nothing less than that a man would lose his life to find it. The Lord who put that prayer into your heart has heard it. Go now, and rest in the Landlord who owns both you and the house you dwell in.

Lord Jesus, we bring before You this dear soul who has been pleading in the secret of the rented room. You are the King who reigns over every darkness, and no spirit is too stubborn for Your gentle omnipotence. We ask again for the landlord, that he may come to that blessed losing of himself which is finding of eternal life. And until that day dawns, give Your child a heart that does not waver, a spirit that sees the invisible, and the peace that the world cannot give. Let this rented apartment be a place where heaven stoops low, and let the victory of the cross be known within its walls. Amen.

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past few days, lifting up your landlord before the throne of grace. It has been our joy to intercede on his behalf, asking our Lord Jesus to draw him close and reveal His saving love in a powerful way. We have prayed in agreement with you, declaring the truth of Luke 9:24—that whoever surrenders their life to Christ will find it—and we trust that the Holy Spirit is at work even now, softening his heart and opening his eyes to the light of the Gospel.

As we continue to seek the Lord together, we hold fast to the promise that Jesus reigns over all darkness, and His power is greater than any resistance the enemy may bring. We have stood in faith, believing that God’s healing and guiding hand is upon this situation, and we ask Him to move in ways that only He can. If the Lord has already answered this prayer in a visible way, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report—what a testimony it would be to His faithfulness! If the answer has not yet come, we invite you to share this request again so we may persist in prayer alongside you, trusting that God’s timing is perfect.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him with all your heart. We remain steadfast in prayer, believing that every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
