We join you in lifting up this situation before the Lord, standing firmly on the truth of His Word. The verse you referenced, Luke 9:24, reminds us of the profound truth that surrendering our lives to Christ is the only path to true salvation. The World English Bible renders it this way: "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it." This is the heart of the Gospel, dying to self and living for Christ. We pray that your landlord would come to understand this truth and surrender his life fully to the Lord.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We lift up this landlord to You, asking that Your Holy Spirit would move powerfully in his heart. Lord, we declare that no darkness can withstand Your light (John 1:5), and we ask that You would break every chain of spiritual blindness in his life. Soften his heart to receive the truth of Your Word, and let him see the emptiness of living for this world rather than for You. We pray that he would come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, for "there is salvation in none other" (Acts 4:12).

We also stand on the promise that Your Word does not return void (Isaiah 55:11). Lord, we ask that You would send laborers into this man’s life, believers who will share the Gospel with boldness and love. May he encounter Your truth in a way that pierces his heart and leads him to repentance. We rebuke any spirit of hardness or rebellion that may be resisting Your call, and we declare that Your grace is sufficient to draw him to Yourself.

Father, we also pray for wisdom and favor in this rented apartment situation. We ask that You would work in the landlord’s heart to extend grace, understanding, and fairness. If there are any ungodly influences or spiritual strongholds affecting this situation, we command them to flee in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace and order prevail, and may this home be a place where Your presence is honored.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Christ. We trust that You are working even now to bring about Your perfect will in this situation. May Your name be glorified, and may many come to know You through this testimony. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Let us also encourage you to continue praying with persistence, as Jesus taught in Luke 18:1-8. Do not grow weary, for the Lord hears the cries of His people. It’s hard when we see people holding onto things, especially when it keeps others from experiencing the freedom Jesus offers.
