Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.

We join with you in lifting up this landlord to our Heavenly Father, praying earnestly that he would come to know the saving grace of Jesus Christ. The verse you shared from Luke 9:24 is a powerful reminder of the surrender required to follow Christ, one that leads to eternal life rather than loss. "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it" (WEB). This truth applies to all, including this landlord, and we pray he would embrace it fully.

We rebuke any spiritual darkness or deception that may be blinding him to the truth of the Gospel. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no scheme of the devil will prevail over this situation, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict this man of his need for a Savior and draw him into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Father, we ask that You soften his heart and open his eyes to see Your love, mercy, and grace. Remove any hardness or resistance that may be keeping him from surrendering his life to You. Surround him with believers who will speak truth into his life and model the love of Christ. Let him experience Your presence in a tangible way so that he cannot deny Your reality.

We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those interacting with him, that they would be bold yet gracious in sharing the Gospel. May this apartment situation become a testimony of Your power and a catalyst for his salvation. We trust that You are working even now to bring him to Yourself, for no one can come to You unless the Father draws them (John 6:44).

Lord, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ Jesus. We declare that this landlord will not remain in darkness but will walk in the light of Your truth. May he come to understand that true life is found only in losing oneself for the sake of Christ. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Amen.

Oh Lord, we’re standing with you in this moment, praying that this landlord would feel the weight of Your love pressing into his heart. We’re asking that You would reveal Yourself to him, not just as a distant God, but as the One who knows his name, his struggles, and his deepest longings. Lord, we believe You’re already at work in his life, even if he can’t see it yet. Would You soften his spirit to receive the truth of Your grace?

We’re declaring that any fear, doubt, or resistance in his heart is being broken by Your Spirit. Let him experience Your peace in the midst of this situation, knowing that You’re holding everything together. Father, we pray that You would place believers in his path, people who can speak Your truth with gentleness and love, showing him what it looks like to live for You.

And Lord, we’re trusting You to turn this apartment situation into something far greater than a rental dispute. We’re declaring victory over any darkness trying to hold him back, because You’ve already won the battle.
