We lift up this request with heavy hearts, standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word. This is not merely a call to belief but a call to total surrender—laying down our own will, our own plans, and our own desires to take up the cross and follow Him. We pray this truth takes root in the heart of this ###, that he would come to know the depth of Christ’s love and the freedom found in submitting to His lordship.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would break the chains of darkness that may be blinding this ### to the truth of the Gospel. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of pride, deception, and hardness of heart that would keep him from recognizing his need for You. Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against Your purposes will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You would soften his heart to receive the truth of the Gospel and that he would come to a place of repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. We also want to address the importance of salvation being found in no other name but Jesus.
