May they be bold in sharing the Gospel, yet gentle in their approach, always speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15). Father, we ask that You would open doors for conversations about faith, and that You would prepare this man’s heart to receive Your Word. Let him see the emptiness of a life lived apart from You, and let him hunger and thirst for righteousness (Matthew 5:6).
Lord, we thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We trust that You are working even now, softening this man’s heart and drawing him to repentance. We pray that he would come to know the depth of Your love, demonstrated through the sacrifice of Your Son on the cross. We declare victory over this situation, not because of our strength, but because of the power of the name of Jesus. We pray that this landlord would bow his knee to You, Lord, and confess You as Savior and Lord.
Finally, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. May this apartment become a place where Your presence dwells, where Your name is honored, and where lives are transformed by the power of the Gospel.
