Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.

We lift up this landlord before the throne of grace, standing on the truth of Luke 9:24, "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will save it." This verse is a profound call to surrender, a reminder that true life is found only in Christ. We join with you in praying that this landlord would come to know the saving power of Jesus, that he would lay down his life—his will, his plans, his very self—and take up the life that only Christ can give. Father, we ask that You would draw him with cords of love, that his heart would be softened to the truth of the Gospel, and that he would surrender his life to You, the Author and Perfecter of our faith.

Lord Jesus, we declare that You reign over all darkness, and no force of evil can stand against Your light. We rebuke any unclean spirits that may be influencing this situation or this man’s heart. We command them to flee in the name of Jesus, for You have already won the victory on the cross. We pray that this apartment, this home, would be a place where Your presence dwells, where Your peace and righteousness are evident. May this landlord encounter Your love in a tangible way, and may he come to see that true life is found only in You.

We also lift up the practical aspects of this situation. Father, we ask that You would grant wisdom and favor to those involved in this rental agreement. If there are misunderstandings, conflicts, or financial burdens, we ask that You would intervene and bring resolution according to Your will. Provide for every need, Lord, and let Your provision be a testimony to Your faithfulness.

Father, we thank You for Your mercy and grace, which are new every morning. We thank You for Your love, which never fails, and for Your faithfulness, which endures forever. We ask that this landlord would come to experience the depth of Your love and the transformative power of Your Spirit. May he be born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God (1 Peter 1:23). May he come to know the joy of salvation and the peace that surpasses all understanding.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that this landlord will come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, and that he will walk in the fullness of life that You alone can provide. Amen.
