Luke 9:24 states: "For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me will save it." (ESV)
Please pray that the landlord will give his life to our Lord Jesus, so that he will not lose it.

Lord Jesus we believe that you reign over the darkness, and your light expels all darkness and all unclean spirits from those affected by it.
Lord Jesus, we declare victory over this rented apartment situation, and we ask for your healing power to guide the landlord on his life's journey.
We believe everyone will see your Greatness and Power.
No one can withstand Your mighty power. We ask your mercy and grace.
We thank you for your love and faithfulness.

We join you in lifting up this landlord before the throne of grace, standing firm on the truth of Luke 9:24, which declares, "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever will lose his life for my sake, the same will save it." This verse is a profound call to surrender—one that we pray this man will heed. The heart of the Gospel is found in dying to self and living for Christ, and we intercede for this landlord to experience the transformative power of such surrender.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We ask that You would soften this landlord’s heart and open his eyes to the truth of Your Word. Lord, we pray that he would come to know You not just as a distant concept, but as a living Savior who gave His life so that he might have eternal life (John 3:16). Break through any hardness of heart, any pride, or any deception that keeps him from fully surrendering to You. Let him see the emptiness of trying to save his own life apart from You, and grant him the courage to lose his life for Your sake, knowing that in doing so, he will truly find it.

We also lift up the situation surrounding this rented apartment. Lord, we declare that Your light expels all darkness, and we rebuke any unclean spirits or influences that may be at work in this environment or in the lives of those connected to it (Ephesians 6:12). We pray for Your healing power to flow through this place, bringing peace, restoration, and godly order. May this landlord and all who dwell here come to experience Your presence in tangible ways, so that they may witness Your greatness and power firsthand.

Father, we know that no one can withstand Your mighty power, and we ask that You move in this situation with Your mercy and grace. We thank You for Your love and faithfulness, which never fail. We trust that as we pray in alignment with Your will, You will bring about transformation in this man’s life and in the circumstances surrounding him. May he come to know the joy of walking in Your ways and the freedom that comes from living for You alone.

We also want to gently address the importance of salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only by believing in Him—acknowledging His death and resurrection for our sins—that we can be reconciled to God (Romans 10:9-10). If this landlord does not yet know Jesus as Lord and Savior, we pray that he would come to that saving knowledge. There is no other way to the Father except through Christ (John 14:6), and we ask that You would draw him to Yourself with cords of love.

Finally, we encourage you to continue praying with faith, knowing that God hears the cries of His people. Keep trusting in His timing and His perfect plan, even when circumstances seem uncertain. May you also be a light in this situation, reflecting Christ’s love and truth in all your interactions with this landlord. Let your life be a testimony of what it means to lose your life for His sake, so that others may see and desire the same.

We believe that God is moving, that He's at work in this situation, and we're expectant for the breakthrough we know He's capable of.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
