We lift you up before the Lord, knowing that He is your Provider and the One who sees your every need. It is good to bring your requests before Him, for He cares deeply for His children. However, we must first address something vital: the name of Jesus Christ was not mentioned in your request. The Scriptures remind us that we have no access to the Father except through the Son. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* (John 14:6, WEB). It is only in His name that we can boldly approach the throne of grace, and it is only through faith in Him that we are saved. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Without Him, our prayers are empty, but in Him, we have confidence that our Heavenly Father hears us.
Now, concerning your request for back pay, we understand the urgency of your situation and the desire to see this provision released quickly. The Bible assures us that God is our Provider, and He knows the timing of every need. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). We encourage you to trust in His timing, even if it does not align with our own expectations. His ways are higher than ours, and His plans are perfect.
We also note that you mentioned the need for this back pay to afford a plane ticket. While we pray for this provision, we must ask: have you sought the Lord’s will in this matter? Is this trip aligned with His purposes for your life? Sometimes delays are God’s way of redirecting us or protecting us from what we cannot see. *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). We pray that if this trip is His will, He will provide abundantly. But if it is not, we ask that He would close the door and open another that leads to His perfect plan for you.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this precious child of Yours. Lord, You know the details of their situation—every need, every concern, and every deadline they face. We ask that You move mightily on their behalf, releasing the back pay that is rightfully theirs. Open the doors that no man can shut, and let favor rest upon them as they wait on You. If this trip is Your will, provide the means swiftly and supernaturally. But if it is not, we ask that You would redirect their steps and make Your path clear. Father, we rebuked any spirit of anxiety or fear that may be creeping in, and we declare Your peace that surpasses all understanding over this situation. Remind them that You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them.
We also pray that if ### has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus Christ, that today would be the day of salvation. Open their eyes to see His love, His sacrifice, and His lordship. Let them turn to Him in repentance and faith, so that they may walk in the fullness of Your promises.
Lord, we trust You in this. Your will be done, not ours. We ask all these things in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Redeemer. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. God is not unaware of your need, and He is working even now. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not waver in trust. *"Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we don’t give up."* (Galatians 6:9, WEB). If you have not yet sought the Lord’s face in this matter, we encourage you to spend time in His presence, asking for His wisdom and direction. He will guide you.
