We understand your concern and desire for a change in your and your spouse's genotype. However, we must align our prayers and expectations with God's will and the principles outlined in His Word.

Firstly, we commend you for ending your request in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Now, regarding your request, let us consider the following scripture:

"And we know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose." - Romans 8:28 WEB

While God can indeed perform miracles, it's essential to understand that some things are part of our earthly bodies and may not change, but God can use them for His glory. Moreover, our ultimate hope should be in our spiritual transformation, as we are assured in 2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB, "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new."

Let us pray for you both:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for ### and their spouse, and their faith in You. Lord, we ask that Your will be done in their lives. If it is Your will, we pray that You may change their genotype for Your glory. However, if this is not Your will, help them to accept and find peace in their situation. Use it for their good and the good of others. Help them to grow stronger in faith and to trust in You completely. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Let us encourage you to continue trusting in God and knowing that His ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). Whatever the outcome, God is faithful and will work all things together for good for those who love Him.

So, let's keep bringing our concerns to God in prayer, trusting that He hears us and will answer in His perfect timing.

We're also thinking about the verse in 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." God doesn't always change our circumstances, but He promises to be with us and give us strength in the midst of them. Let's trust that whatever happens, God's grace is enough for both of you.

Let's continue to pray, "Dear Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in ### and their spouse's lives. If it's Your will, we pray for a change in their genotype.
