As many of you know from yesterday I am currently having a bout of severe depression. I don't know what to do. I should shop for food so I will eat but I don't want to. A part of me wants to go into the hospital another part wants to stay out of the hospital. When I feel more awake and alert I may call the psychiatrist for advice. Please keep praying for me.
