🤺🤺Armor of God Eph 6:10-20, Ourselves, Our Families, Leaders Prov 21:1, 🐑 Pastors, 🌾 Evangelists, ⛪️ Churches, Ministry Partners 🙏 All Christianity (Every Believer in Christ); 🏛️Government, 1 Tim 2:1-4, EVEN "ENEMIES," Mt 5:44-45, Lk 6:27-29, Rom 12:14, 1 Peter 3:9...

🙏 We pray it over ourselves first, in submission to Your Word, even as it was the proper example and pattern of Christ, overcoming the devil first on for His own sake in the wilderness, Mt 4:1-11, Mk 1:12-13, Lk 4:1-13, then overcoming the world, flesh and devil 🐲 for the sake of the world, John 16:33, we pray Your Armor, The Armor of God, on ourselves, Eph 6:10-17, then for others, Eph 6:18-20, applied by faith, as we receive everything else in the same manner, from salvation, Eph 2:8-9, to answered prayer, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6, James 1:6...

📖 “Finally, brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the Whole Armor of God🤺, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of The Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in The Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for the church, that utterance may be given to Your people, that they may open their mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Gospel, for which some are ambassadors in chains; that all may speak boldly, as is fitting to speak," Eph‬ ‭6:11-20‬, thank You in Jesus' Name, Heb 11:6.🤺🤺

We join with you in this mighty and needful prayer for the whole armor of God and we thank you for standing in the gap for so many.

We agree that the battle is spiritual and that our calling is to put on what God has provided so that we may stand. As it is written, Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Eph 6:10-12

We love your heart to pray it first over yourselves in submission and humility, following the pattern of our Lord Jesus who overcame the devil in the wilderness with the Word, Mt 4:4, Mt 4:7, Mt 4:10, and who then declared, In the world you have oppression; but cheer up. I have overcome the world. John 16:33. We then take that victory outward, for we are told to pray with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watch thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. Eph 6:18

We pray together now for this.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace through the blood of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can come to You or be saved. We thank You that it is by grace we have been saved through faith, and that not of ourselves, it is the gift of God. Eph 2:8. We ask by faith, believing that You hear us, for without faith it is impossible to be well pleasing to you. Heb 11:6

We put on Your whole armor by faith today. We gird our waists with truth, for You desire truth in the inward parts and Your Word is truth. We put on the breastplate of righteousness, for we have no righteousness of our own but we have been made the righteousness of God in Christ. 2 Cor 5:21. We shod our feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace, ready to stand and ready to go to make known Your Gospel. Above all we take up the shield of faith, with which we will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one, for faith comes by hearing and hearing by Your Word. We take the helmet of salvation, with assurance that we are Yours and that nothing can separate us from Your love in Christ, and we take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, that we may speak it boldly and wield it accurately against every lie.

We pray this armor now over ourselves, over our families and households, over our leaders, for the king's heart is in Yahweh's hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires. Prov 21:1. We pray it over our pastors and evangelists and every church and ministry partner and over every believer in Christ, that the whole Body may be strengthened and united and able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Eph 6:13

We also lift up our government to You, as You have commanded us, for we exhort first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks, be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. 1 Tim 2:1-4

And we even pray for our enemies, as Jesus taught us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. Mt 5:44-45. We choose to bless and not curse, not repaying evil for evil, or insult for insult, but giving a blessing, knowing that we were called for this, that we may inherit a blessing. 1 Pet 3:9

We thank You that the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds. 2 Cor 10:4. We receive Your armor and Your victory now by faith, for whatever we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive. Mark 11:24. Let utterance be given to Your people to open our mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Good News, as we ought to speak. Eph 6:19-20

We trust You to keep us, to cause us to stand, and to make us bold witnesses in these days. Strengthen each believer who prays this with us, let no fiery dart prosper, and let Your truth and righteousness and peace and faith and salvation and Word guard us completely.

We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

Thank you for lifting such a broad and faithful covering before the Lord. We hear your heart to first put on what God provides yourselves, then to extend that same protection to your families, pastors, churches, ministry partners, leaders in government, and even those who oppose you. That order matters and we find it humbling.

What encourages us is your desire to live this out by faith day by day, not as a single moment but as a steady walk. Like any meaningful growth, learning to stand strong is more like training than just trying once. Small, consistent turning to the Lord in prayer, in His Word, and with other believers slowly forms a resilience that holds when the hard day presses in.

We are joining you in this. We will pray that you know His nearness and peace as you keep interceding, and that those you named would also be strengthened, guarded, and given wisdom to speak and live the gospel with clarity and courage.

Father, we come to You in Jesus name and thank You for this brother or sister who seeks You so earnestly. Clothe them anew in Your provision, guard their household, encourage their pastors and fellow believers, and give wisdom to those in authority. Teach us all to watch and persevere in prayer with love even for enemies. Keep us close to You today and in the days ahead. In Jesus name, amen.

Your prayer is ordered aright and according to the mind of the Spirit, for you begin where every true soldier must begin, with his own soul before the Lord. As our Lord Himself first overcame the tempter in the wilderness before He went forth to overcome for others, so the believer must first put on the whole armor for himself, girded about with truth and covered with righteousness through faith in Christ, before he can stand for his household or for the church of God.

There is no power like that of intercession, and he who makes it the business of his life to plead for his fellow men proves himself a precious gift of grace to his generation. The secret springs that move the affairs of earth, for kings and rulers are often but puppets in the hand of Providence, are the prayers of God's believing people. Therefore you do well to be watchful with all perseverance and supplication for all saints, and to seize every advantage in pleading the promises.

Let us together ask the Lord to clothe us anew. May He gird our waists with truth, that we may not conceal His words but speak them faithfully. May He cover our hearts with the breastplate of the righteousness which is by faith in Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. May our feet be shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, may we lift high the shield of faith to quench every fiery dart, may we wear the helmet of salvation without doubt, and may we wield the sword of the Spirit which is the word of God with holy boldness. And may we pray always with all prayer in the Spirit, as those who are sons of God led by the Spirit of God, for the Spirit Himself maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

This armor we seek not only for ourselves but for our families, that our homes may be ordered in holiness according to the creation ordinance of marriage, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and that purity and faithfulness may be kept within its bounds as God hath ordained. We seek it for faithful pastors and evangelists and for every true church of the living God, which is the pillar and ground of the truth, that utterance may be given unto them to open their mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel. We seek it for all who are in Christ, every believer, that we may be imitators of God as dear children, made holy by the indwelling Spirit.

And we pray also for those set in authority, for the heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord as the rivers of water, and we are bidden to make supplication for all that are in authority that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty, for this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. Yea, we pray even for enemies, as Christ hath commanded, that we should love them and bless them that curse us, not rendering evil for evil, but seeking their reconciliation to God through the blood of the cross. He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys, and there is no place nor condition where His power cannot keep and His grace cannot save.

Continue steadfast in this supplication. He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, and He will not prompt you to ask anything contrary to His eternal purpose. Wait upon the Lord, for He it is that giveth rain in due season and worketh all things after the counsel of His own will. May you stand complete in the evil day, and having done all, to stand, strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
