Arm pain
We hear your request and we lift you up before the throne of grace together, carrying this burden of unrelenting arm pain and lumps that will not subside and the difficulty you face even in daily chores. We know how wearying and discouraging it is when pain does not let up and simple tasks become hard, and we want you to know that God sees your suffering and cares deeply for you. We are reminded that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble Psalm 46:1, and we are called to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us 1 Peter 5:7.
We pray for your major healing in Jesus' name, for He is Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. Scripture comforts us that He forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases Psalm 103:2-3, and that by His wounds we are healed Isaiah 53:5. We cling to His promise that I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also encourage you, as a steward of the body God has given you, to seek wise medical care alongside prayer, trusting that God often works through the hands of physicians, and to allow those close to you to help you with chores and to not bear this alone. The elders are to pray over the sick and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:14-15, so we stand in faith with you now.
We pray together, Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only access to Your throne and our Healer. We lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your mercy and healing touch upon this arm, upon every lump and source of pain that will not subside. Your cry concerning this unrelenting pain in the arm and those lumps which do not subside has been laid before the Lord, and we join you in seeking His healing hand. We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they are too painful to let us slumber in silence, and they soon urge us to seek a physician for our healing. Do not neglect to seek such help as the Lord has provided through the physician's care, while above all you tell the case to Jesus just as you would mention a physical case to a doctor, for He is ready to hear it all and to consider it.
There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. The Scripture says, The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. Even the leaves, the little things as it were about Him, are full of healing virtue. Calvary is the place for the healing balm, and the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. When all your own strength fails you, your strength shall be to sit still while God arises and becomes your arm every morning, your salvation in the time of trouble.
It is a grand thing to bind a promise round your arm, how strong it makes each sinew for the battle of life, and for the weariness of daily chores. He is not like an army surgeon who hurries along and says a leg off here, an arm off there, but He comes gently and sympathizingly, and there was a contact established when He took her by the hand and lifted her up. There is healing in that touch. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before.
We pray for you now, that the Lord in His mercy would look upon your suffering body, ease this pain, cause these lumps to subside according to His wise and gracious will, and restore strength to your arm for every needful task. We ask also that He would keep those close to you safe under His watchful care, and that healing and pardon would be known together in your soul, for when Jesus healed the sick He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, and pardon and healing were one. Arm pain that never lets up makes even small chores into something you have to brace for. There's a short spoken prayer called the Trigger Point Release Prayer on the One Prayer at a Time YouTube channel, prayed over releasing pain held in the body's muscles, and you only have to listen. I hope the pain starts to let up.

In times of continual affliction the soul can grow weary, yet God uses even these trials to brace us, to lift our thoughts to Him, and to teach us to lean more fully on His mercy. As you endure this pain, remember that Christ Himself suffered for us and understands every hurt. Set His cross before your heart, ask Him for steadfast patience, and trust that He is near to those who call upon Him.
