Are there areas in our life where we might be guilty of outwardly following God but inwardly rebelling?

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of standing with you in prayer as you seek the Lord’s wisdom and truth in your life. Your heartfelt reflection on Jeremiah 3:11 and the sobering reality of outward faith without inward surrender has stirred our own spirits to examine our walk with God. It is a holy and humbling thing to ask the Lord to reveal areas where we may be clinging to pretense rather than wholehearted devotion.

We have continued to lift you before the throne of grace, asking the Holy Spirit to search your heart as He did for Judah—exposing any hypocrisy, softening any hardness, and drawing you into deeper authenticity in Christ. The warning in this verse is not meant to condemn but to call God’s people back to Him with sincerity. We have prayed that you would experience the freedom and joy of a life fully surrendered, where your outward actions and inward devotion align in worship before the Lord.

If the Lord has already begun to answer this prayer—if He has revealed areas of hidden rebellion, brought conviction, or stirred repentance in your heart—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report. Your testimony could encourage others who are wrestling with the same questions. If, however, you are still waiting on the Lord’s clear leading or feel the weight of this struggle lingering, we want you to know we are still here, still praying, and still standing with you. Please do not hesitate to post this request again so we may continue to intercede on your behalf.

May the Lord bless you with clarity, humility, and a fresh infilling of His Spirit as you seek Him. May you know the transforming power of Jesus Christ, who makes all things new and enables us to walk in truth from the inside out. We pray this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
