Are the coronavirus restrictions unGodly?

It's one thing to dislike the dictatorship-like restrictions, but now the question is, are they telling us to be unGodly? Taking a look at it, I would have to say, yes. And here's my evidence, why I believe so, the Bible states, "do not neglect the gathering of yourselves together." But if the law now forbids us to go to church, if the Bible says, DO NOT neglect the gathering of yourselves together, and the governor says we should, do we listen to an elected politician at the expense of disobeying God? Pastors have been arrested for holding church services. Second, evangelism...how can we hand out gospel tracts from 6 feet away? Third, God said, "Be fruitful and multiply. How can we be fruitful and multiply if the husband and wife are 6 feet apart? Uh huh...also, in the Lord's prayer it states "Thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven." As it is in Heaven...do you think in Heaven we'll be wearing masks and standing 6 feet apart, and terrified of a sickness? Is that God's will being done on Earth as it is in Heaven? Also, the Golden Rule.."love your neighbor as you love yourself." By walking around someone, avoiding them like they're contaminated, that's being fearful of your neighbor, not loving them as ourselves, because we don't fear ourselves and treat ourselves as contaminated. Also, I think these instructions from unsaved people are given out of fear. God did not give us the spirit of fear. By "giving in" to these actions, to me, it's like announcing that we ARE afraid. When the storm was on the sea of Galilee, was Jesus afraid? Do you think Jesus in the time of coronavirus would have worn a mask and walked around people because He was afraid to catch it? Come on. Yes, the Bible states honor our leaders, and Jesus said render unto Caesar what is Caesar's. But like Christians are quick to also point out, UNLESS the rulers want us to do something that conflicts with God's instructions. Proof--when the Antichrist comes, the Tribulation saints get martyred instead of take the mark. Because following God's instructions supersedes following our human leaders' instructions. So are the coronavirus restrictions unGodly? In most aspects of it, I think so. Remember, these people are looking at it from a worldly viewpoint, with worldly solutions. I understand, they don't know, they're unsaved. But if some want to do something unGodly, don't make me follow along too. Make the decision, which is stronger, God or coronavirus. Man cannot serve two masters, for he will love the one and hate the other.

When someone speeds up behind you it's up to you, do you speed up? or do you pull over to let them pass, or do you get a bumper sticker to support driving speed regulations to save lives..

I can't always let them pass if there's a car or two in the next lane. But sometimes I'm about to enter a street and there's maybe a pedestrian or even a mother with kids crossing, so I can't just "shoot out". Yet the driver behind me, whether they don't see or just don't care, starts blasting the horn, and making impatient gestures.

Yet the driver behind me, whether they don't see or just don't care, starts blasting the horn, and making impatient gestures.

Pray they will be still, thank God for them, and thank God that you are able to drive safe for them. My job as a truck driver has taught me to rely on God to let Him open up lanes to allow me to move into, and also pray for the other driver to be safe and may the Lord bless them and give them peace for whatever they're going through.

I would say the most important prayer , because those actions are I'd say,a sign of the fallen nature, and works of the flesh, Is that they come to a higher spiritual knowledge. "walk in the Spirit so that you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh".

P.S. Also, the ones saying they're "safeguarding themselves" to "protect others", that's still a lack of faith, because you can't give it to someone else if you don't have it yourself. So at some level they must have doubt in their mind, that they might get it, to give to another. When Jesus had Peter walk to Him on the water, did He say, "That's dangerous! You'll drown." Not saying we shouldn't take REASONABLE steps to be safe, but the fear-based response that the unsaved are giving, I think is going overboard, and through THEIR fear they're telling us to be petrified. Does the Bible say, "God did not give us the spirit of fear", then a star next to it, and at the bottom of the page, "Until coronavirus comes along". I don't see no asterisk next to "God did not give us the spirit of fear."

I see a person who needs love and encouragement to build up their faith, and maybe God can use me, and maybe they can ask about my faith if they're not a Christian and why I don't wear a mask or go to doctors.

Well I don't think I'm wrong. But if the rest of you don't mind having the fear of others control your lives, fine. I don't. "But as for the fearful" {among others mentioned, who won't make it to Heaven} Like the Tribulation martyrs, if they side with the Antichrist because they're "afraid to die..but if you guys want to condone those actions, fine. As for me, I remain on this side of the fence.
