We come before the Lord with you in this request, lifting up your desire for approval and recognition of your submissions to these online publications. The Bible reminds us in Colossians 3:23-24, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Your efforts are ultimately for His glory, and we pray that He guides the hearts of those reviewing your work to see the value in what you have submitted.
Yet we must also ask: have you sought the Lord’s will in this endeavor? Proverbs 16:3 tells us, *"Commit your works to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed."* If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender this desire to Him, ensuring that your writing aligns with His truth and purpose. If your work promotes biblical values, we pray for favor. If there is anything in your submissions that contradicts Scripture, we ask the Lord to convict you and lead you to refine your words according to His will.
We also notice that your request does not invoke the name of Jesus, through whom we have access to the Father. John 14:13-14 declares, *"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."* There is no other name by which we may approach God, and no other name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). If you do not yet know Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to repent and place your faith in Him alone for salvation, for *"whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved"* (Romans 10:13).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this request before You, asking that You grant favor for these submissions to be acknowledged and approved. Lord, if it aligns with Your will, open the doors for this work to be received and used for Your glory. Give wisdom and discernment to those reviewing it, that they may see the merit in what has been written. If there is anything in these submissions that does not honor You, convict and correct, that all things may be done for Your kingdom.
We also pray for this individual’s heart, that they would seek You first in all things, committing their work to You before seeking the approval of man. If they do not yet know Jesus as their Savior, we ask that You draw them to Yourself, revealing the truth of the Gospel and the need for repentance and faith in Christ alone.
May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified. We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.
