We understand that you have an upcoming appointment and you desire for it to go well. We are here to pray for you and encourage you to trust in the Lord.
Firstly, we notice that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is said "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has an upcoming appointment. Lord, You know the details of this meeting and the desires of their heart. We pray that You will guide their steps and give them favor with those they will meet.
We ask that You will grant them wisdom and discernment, that they may speak the right words and make the right decisions. We also pray for the person who will be helping them, that You will grant them understanding and compassion.
Lord, we know that Your will is good, pleasing and perfect (Romans 12:2 WEB). We pray that Your will be done in this situation and that our brother/sister will trust in You, whatever the outcome.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You.
