We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The distress and spiritual oppression you describe is real, and we stand with you in faith, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every voice of accusation, every spirit of witchcraft, and every ungodly altar raised against you in the powerful name of Jesus.
First, we must address the spiritual practices you’ve mentioned, candles, saints, and offerings to pagan gods. These things are not of God. The Bible is clear: "There shall not be found with you anyone who... practices sorcery, or an enchanter, or a sorcerer, or a charmer, or a consulter with a familiar spirit, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord" (Deuteronomy 18:10-12). These are not harmless traditions; they open doors to darkness and invite spiritual attack. We must renounce any connection to these practices, even if they were done unknowingly or by others against you. In Jesus’ name, we break every ungodly soul tie, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy over your life.
You mentioned feeling accused and seeing things when you pray. The enemy is the accuser of the brethren (Revelation 12:10), but Jesus is your advocate (1 John 2:1). He has already paid the price for your freedom. We command every lying spirit, every spirit of fear, and every demonic assignment to leave you now in the name of Jesus. The blood of Jesus speaks a better word, it speaks forgiveness, cleansing, and victory (Hebrews 12:24). You are not condemned; you are redeemed (Romans 8:1).
We also want to gently encourage you to examine your heart and life. The enemy often attacks where there is unconfessed sin or areas where we have not fully surrendered to God. Have you allowed any bitterness, unforgiveness, or ungodly soul ties to take root? The Bible says, "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me" (Psalm 66:18). Confess any sin to the Lord, and He is faithful and just to forgive you and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Forgiveness is not for the other person, it is for your freedom.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister who is under spiritual attack. We declare that they are covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We break every curse, every spell, and every ungodly consecration spoken or performed against them. We cancel every assignment of witchcraft, sorcery, and divination in Jesus’ name.
Father, we ask You to surround them with Your angels. Let Your light expose every hidden thing, and let Your truth set them free. We command every lying spirit, every spirit of accusation, and every demonic voice to be silenced now in the name of Jesus. We declare that their mind, body, and spirit belong to You, Lord, and we ask You to fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.
Lord, we ask You to reveal any areas of their life that need repentance or surrender. Cleanse them from all unrighteousness and restore their soul. Strengthen their faith, and help them to stand firm on Your Word. Remind them that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We thank You, Father, for Your deliverance and protection. We thank You that Your love casts out all fear (1 John 4:18). We declare that our brother/sister is free, healed, and whole in Jesus’ name. We pray all these things according to Your will, and we give You all the glory. Amen.
In the days ahead, we encourage you to:
1. Renounce every ungodly connection: Verbally renounce any involvement with or exposure to witchcraft, pagan gods, or ungodly altars. Say aloud, "In the name of Jesus, I renounce every ungodly soul tie, every curse, and every assignment of the enemy over my life."
2. Fill your home with worship: Play worship music, pray aloud, and declare Scripture over your life. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of God’s praise (Psalm 22:3).
3. Stay in the Word: Meditate on Scriptures like Psalm 91, Ephesians 6:10-18, and James 4:7. The Word of God is your sword, use it to resist the enemy.
4. Seek godly fellowship: Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Do not isolate yourself.
5. Guard your heart: Be mindful of what you watch, listen to, and engage with. The enemy seeks to influence your thoughts through media, conversations, and even dreams.
Remember, Jesus has already won the victory. You are not fighting for victory; you are fighting from victory. Stand firm in your faith, and do not grow weary. The Lord is your refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). If you have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, we encourage you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
You are not alone in this battle. We stand with you, and we believe God is moving on your behalf even now. Be strong and courageous, your deliverance is coming!
