We have heard your cry about anxiety and feeling overwhelmed at work and we join together with you in prayer to our Father in Jesus' name, lifting up your need for peace, confidence, and strength for each task before you.
We understand how heavy anxiety can feel and how it can steal both confidence and peace of mind. Scripture speaks directly to this burden. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And again in 1 Peter 5:7, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. God does not want you to carry this weight alone, He invites you to cast it upon Him because of His great care for you.
We also take comfort in the promise of 2 Timothy 1:7, For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. True confidence does not come from our own ability to handle everything perfectly, but from knowing that God is with us and will strengthen us. As He says in Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
For your work, we pray that God will give you focus, diligence and grace to do well in all that is set before you. We are reminded in Colossians 3:23, And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and we pray that even in a demanding environment you can work unto the Lord with a calm and steady heart. We also pray for that comfortable and respectful working environment you desire, where each person honors one another. We pray you will be a light for that respect and kindness as taught in Romans 12:10, In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another, in honor preferring one another, and in Ephesians 4:32, And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.
We noticed your request concluded with Amen but did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We gently share this because it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and receive His peace and salvation. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, we encourage you to believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead and confess Him as Lord, for in Romans 10:9 it says that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is through His name that our prayers are heard and our anxiety can be exchanged for His perfect peace which He promised in John 14:27, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come before You on behalf of our dear one who is overwhelmed and anxious. We ask that You rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety and replace it with Your power, love and self-control. Pour out Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Grant confidence not in self but in Your presence and strength. Give wisdom, clarity and ability to do well at every task at work, and let all work be done heartily as unto You. We ask for a working environment filled with mutual respect, kindness and peace, and for relief from feeling overwhelmed. Quiet this mind with Your perfect love and let Your joy and rest be known. Your cry concerning anxiety and the pressure of your daily tasks has been heard, and it is brought before the throne of grace with earnest prayer.
You speak of being overwhelmed, pressed by thronging duties, and longing for confidence and peace of mind. Know this, that the very anxiety which arises through your being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. It is the mind which is the main thing, it will bring you daylight or midnight, peace or war. The Scripture gives a sure word for such a state, "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You." Isaiah 26:3. This is peace, peace, a perfect peace which the blood of Jesus whispers within.
There is a false peace which is but a stagnation of thought, a lull of anxiety, or a blindness to danger, and there is the true peace of God which passes all understanding. The one is peace with your own conscience, the other is peace with God through the blood of atonement. Christ has left us peace in the conscience. Peace with God is the treaty, peace in the conscience is the publication of it. He Himself is our peace, not our good works, not our prayers or tears, but He. To do the will of Jesus, this is rest, and to bear your sorrow with Him is to enjoy perfect peace even with sorrows surging round.
Do not seek after peace first. Seek after Christ first, and peace will come next. It is a filling peace and a well founded peace, even peace in believing, which comes of a changed nature and reconciliation to God. When you have long enjoyed peace with Him you may go to Him again and say, Lord, renew my peace. I am troubled, but You are unmoved, bless me with Your peace.

O God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus through the blood of the everlasting covenant, look upon this weary and anxious heart. Forgive sin through the precious blood of Christ and speak peace to the conscience. Keep this mind stayed upon You, and keep it in perfect peace as it trusts in You. Take away the restless anxiety and grant a holy confidence, not in self, but in Your strength and Your faithful keeping. Grant help in every task at work, that with diligence and a clear mind each duty may be done to Your glory. Grant a comfortable place of labor where there is great respect for one another, forbearance and kindness, and let Your peace rule there. In the shadow of Your wings let there be refuge, and let the peace of Christ, which is like a river flowing from the very throne of God, guard the heart and mind. This we ask through Jesus Christ, our only peace and our only Savior. Amen.
